American Vision Windows just completed a large job of just under 40 windows for us. Sergio and his crew of Carlos, Victor, Irving, Luis, Tony and Drew were a fantastic group to work with during the installation on this project, along with the Project Manager, Peter. They all arrived early each day and finished on-time leaving the job site clean. They were professional, kind and respectful to me and all my Tenants, and were the hardest working crew I have experienced in my 30+ years as a property manager! I wanted to share my exceptional experience with American Vision Windows’ window replacement service. They recently completed installing 12 windows in our home with remarkable efficiency – completing the entire project in just 5 hours!

The company’s organization was impressive, arriving with two well-coordinated teams. Henry and Michael handled the downstairs installation (6 windows), while Corey and Miguel took care of the upstairs (6 windows). Their synchronized approach made the process incredibly efficient.

What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. Both teams:

• Worked with precision and expertise

• Protected our home’s interior during installation

• Thoroughly cleaned up after completing each window

• Maintained clear communication throughout the process

The installation was completely hassle-free and frictionless – exactly what you hope for with home improvements. Not a single issue arose during or after the installation.

I also want to highlight our excellent experience with Cody from the sales team. His knowledge, patience, and guidance were invaluable in helping us select the right windows for our home. He was transparent about pricing and options, making the decision-making process much easier.

Overall, from initial consultation to final installation, this company demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend them for any window replacement needs. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done.

Around October, we contacted the company, and Craig visited to provide a price estimate. After we agreed to proceed, they came to take measurements within one or two weeks. Once the measurements were taken, we obtained HOA approval, made the deposit payment, and placed the order for the windows. The installation took place in early December.

Throughout the entire process, there was no lack of communication at any stage, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We replaced all the windows in our house, and we are pleased with both the quality of the windows and the finishing work during installation.

On the installation day, they started around 8-9 AM and finished by approximately 1-2 PM.

I had seen some reviews mentioning communication issues or problems during installation, which made me a bit concerned. However, our actual experience was completely smooth, with no issues at all.

From Craig, the project manager, to the person who took the measurements, and the three installers, everyone was friendly and professional.

Sergio and Luis showed up on time and installed a beautiful door that I was able to customize exactly how I wanted down to the customized color (that I took months to

choose ????) along with matching trim that I think is gorgeous

This detail was very hard to find without having an astronomical price tag attached. Thank you for providing a reasonable price for a beautiful door.

American Vision Windows did a great job. The team members: Luis T.,Porfirio, and Joshua were very professional. Explained the process very well from start to finish. They were very polite and covered all areas as needed. No mess afterwards to clean up!Would recommend AVM for their great products and service.

From salesman to installers, everyone was exceptional. From the moment we met Mr. Douglas Brown we were sold. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a positive soul that made picking our sliding glass doors and easy task. He made feel very comfortable and treated us like old friends.

We had an amazing experience, our salesman Douglas Brown was very friendly, knowledgeable and sold us on the windows. He gave us an accurate timing for the turnaround on windows and payment options. Fast forward, the installation was just as amazing. Our installers were Robert G. & Jose Sanchez, they arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very polite, fast and efficient. I’m very pleased with their prepping, cleaning and communicating and the 6 windows they installed look amazing.

I am a happy client of American Vision Windows company. I have received and finished the installation of my windows last month. I really love my new windows and enjoying them so much! American Vision Windows were great to work with, from Jon Morales, project manager, getting me started, through the techs completeing the pro install. My project was complicated with the amount of heavy rain days in the Bay Area, but Monica Dixon, scheduling coodinator, was excellent in communicating with me via calls and emails. Everyone at American Vision made the experience a good one.

I wanted to share the excellent service and quality of our Anlin window installation! Cesar and Jorge our installation team were friendly, efficient, and professional! They went above and beyond in care inside and outside our home. Cleaned everything up leaving me nothing to do but enjoy the windows! We received multiple quotes from other companies and ultimately decided to go with American Vision Windows. They were competitive in pricing to the other companies and were more knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with.

They installed a sliding window and two picture windows in our upstairs bedroom and one sliding glass door in our living room. After the project was completed, we notice the sliding glass door was backwards in terms of where we wanted the opening to be. The manager contacted me immediately and said they had ordered the door on the wrong side, and would be ordering the correct one and it would take a month or so. They rectified this situation very promptly, and were very professional. The customer service here was top notch throughout our entire process which is the reason I’m still giving the company 5 stars.

Big shoutout to Luis and Edgar, the guys who installed our door the first time. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and couldn’t be happier with their install!

Another shoutout to Ruben and Jose the guys that came today for the re install today. They were also super friendly and got everything uninstalled and re installed, in the pouring rain!

Besides the little hiccup, would highly recommend this company. Great customer service and the workers were awesome!

Seamless experience from ordering the windows to the installation. I was a little or worried about ordering newer windows for an older Victorian, but the installation by Luis T, Roberto G, Jose and Franciso was excellent and thorough. I’m really enjoying my new windows and it’s amazing how much of a difference they’re making with sound and the temperature in the building.

Absolutely amazing work by the team from Amerian Vision Windows. From start to finish, the work was done professionally, with polish and concern for the other work going on at the same time. All the details were handled and the final walkthrough even showed off the features of the new windows.

Both inside and outside, the windows look great and are so much better than the ones they replaced.

I just had my Anlin windows and sliding door installed. They look awesome. What difference compared to the builder’s original windows. The installers were fast and did a fantastic job.
