The crew that came out this morning were Jose V., Mauricio, Felipe, & Geovanny. They arrived on time and did a GREAT JOB Installing a front door, a small slider, and a picture window in the hallway. When they finished the job, they cleaned up everything real well. They also took the time to explain all the functions of each installation. I would highly recommend “American Vision Windows” to my friends and neighbors because of my experience with these gentlemen. 👍

AVW is an outstanding company. We have used them several times, and we always have had a great experience from start to finish. Jesse, Michael and Alexis did our most recent window replacement. This is the 2nd time I have had American Vision Windows make and install new windows and slider doors in my homes. And each time I would rate them an A++! From designing and ordering with Gina Perin, to the measuring, to the install with Eddie, Brian, Ian, Freddy, J. Serrano, and Manny! Always excellent service, fast precision install, and top notch clean up. Also, as a local Real Estate Agent, I recommend American Vision Windows to my clients. Windows and a slider were installed in my home this week & it was as painless a process, from beginning to end, as any work or installation I have had done. Salesperson Armen’s presentation was thorough & understandable and he answered all my questions. The work team consisting of Eddie, Brian P., Luis, Luis M. & Jairo arrived exactly on time & upon completion left a spotless worksite. I especially appreciated the politeness & professionalism of all team members. AVW made the entire process very easy. Never having had windows replaced I had no idea what to expect. Picked a window, contacted Project Manager Billy Doherty, and shortly afterwards, Alan did the precise measurements required. From the initial contact with both individuals, the process has begun! I have been very impressed with the customer service, which to me is of the utmost importance. I am glad that American Vision Windows is the company we have chosen to complete the project.

Yesterday I had two entry doors installed. Two crews were involved Jessi/Michael and Alfredo/Irving. Everyone showed up on time and the initial workmanship and installation could not have been better. If I were rating yesterday, I would without hesitation give it 5 stars. However 24 hours in, it is impossible to assess the quality of the doors and that is the reason I down graded the overall project by one star. Let’s see what the doors look like and how well they operate in 6 months or a year.

Our installers (Eddie, Martin, Ceasar, Brian) were efficient and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the product and explained how to operate the windows and how to maintain them. This is my second positive experience working with American Vision Windows. I had them install 10 windows about 4 years ago. It was a smooth process. Arturo, the installers were professional and did a great job. Today Craig Giras, Sales of American Vision Windows came to have four more windows replaced and installed. So nice to work with a company who is honest, has integrity who treat customers with respect.

Entire experience was excellent. Salesperson, Val, was professional and patient. Alex, installation tech, again was very professional and explained the process during install. Grace checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly during the install. I felt we got good value for the quality and are happy overall.

We order 8 sliders and 1 huge 10ft glass door and they were all installed in our single level home in under 5 hours. AMAZING

I had a great experience working with American Vision Windows. Our installers were fantastic (Alex Sr, Eddy, Eric, Dimitri). They showed up on-time and got straight to work. Everything was finished and perfectly installed by early afternoon. We had some especially difficult windows to install (very large and high ceilings), but they were able to install them securely and swiftly. I recently had several windows installed by American Vision Windows of Tustin, CA, and needed a few minor touch ups on the caulking. Customer service coordinator, Valentino called me to set up an appointment. Valentino was wonderful!, he left a voicemail and at the time I was not able to answer it, so I called back, and he responded right away. He was very accomodating to my schedule. His tone of voice was kind, courteous, very professional and not hurried. Valentino scheduled an appt with Henry to come out to do the work. Henry arrived right on time as promised, which I love! Henry is an experienced window installer for over 30 years! He is knowledgeable and professional and answered all questions I had. Valentino and Henry deserves recognition or a raise for providing excellent customer service!!! Thanks to both of you, I am happy with your service!!!

Excellent Experience! They really stand behind their product! Had windows and doors installed a number of years ago. Had an issue with one of the doors being hard to lock/unlock. Hugo took my call and set up a service appointment immediately. The technician, Henry, was on time, curious and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend American Vision Window!

My windows have not yet been installed, so this review is about the sales meeting, the initial measurement, and the final measurement work. Craig is the sales gentleman and has been great to work with. He’s knowledgeable and personable. While the windows are slightly more than we had budgeted, compared to the other window replacement offerings, the quality is absolutely superior!

As far as the final measurement work, Juan is the gentleman who came out to take the measurements. Juan was courteous, detailed, asked clarifying questions where necessary, and I felt confident that the results will be exactly as asked.

So far so good! After install, may supplement this review.

Update. Final install completed! The windows look great! They DO cut down noise and definitely cut down on the heat into the house, so energy efficiency should go up. The installation crew was courteous, polite, and worked with me when I needed a different trim. Overall, American Vision Windows is a wonderful company with which to do business!

American Vision Windows installed 15 windows at my home on 8/1/24. Craig Giras was very informative and answered all my questions. I live in SoCal so decided to go with high-end vinyl windows. AVW is a qualified installer for Anlin, which I believe to be the top of the line for vinyl windows. Craig explained the installation process. Everything ran perfectly. The install team arrived on time and completed the work in less time than expected. They were very respectful of my property and did not trample the plants, or leave trash around. I have one more large window to upgrade and when I am able to have it done, I will once again call American Vision Windows.

This is the third time I have used American Vision for windows and sliders and each time has been a great experience. Sergio, Luis and Irving were awesome and their work product was excellent. Sergio even took some time to remove the locking mechanism from one of my sliding doors to clean it for me. They get an A+ from me.

We are very happy with the installation of our window replacement project for our entire house. Kudos to both installation crews on an excellent job. Victor and Andrew’s crew got us started and Edy and Lalo’s crew joined the following day. Edy & Lalo were real Super Stars as they returned on Saturday morning to finish up the project. Our entire process at American Vision Windows was flawless! We were in need of replacing 1-3 windows at our home and contacted AVW for a quote. “Sky” arrived and ended up measuring all of our 11 windows for replacement, just in case. He gave us a very good deal on replacing them all – and exactly the type of windows we wanted, as some windows were just picture windows. About 6 weeks later our windows arrived and we booked a time for install. We were told the crew would be at our house between 8:30-9:30 and the job would take till about 4pm. Well, Johnny, Carlos, Marcos and Tony arrived promptly at 8am (we had a double crew). Johnny was the lead and walked me through the house explaining how the whole process would work and checking the access to each window that was being replaced. They knocked the job out in just 4 hours! At noon, Johnny walked me through the entire house again showing me all of the features of the windows, explaining the install, the warranty, who to contact if there were any issues, etc. Looking at the install, it was top notch! From the way they were installed on the exterior and the outstanding job of the trim on the inside, we are really happy with the purchase. We did have one hiccup during the install – one window (our massive 8’wide by 5′ tall one) was forgotten at the warehouse. Johnny and his team had another truck deliver the window during the install, but this didn’t slow down the process at all. In fact, they never even mentioned the issue to us, they just handled it like the pros they are. Big thank you to Johnny, Carlos and the team at AVW. I will refer anyone that speaks the words “windows/doors” to us – and our neighborhood was built in 1997, so they’re all in the need now being over 25 years old. Skip the big box stores – they’re just the middleman for real companies like AVW.

Used another major advertising company and had nothing trouble. From poor sales service to bait and switch the issues compounded.

Made the switch to American Vision Windows and it was night and day. From sales to installation the communication was on point and absolutely no ambiguity.

Order taken, installation scheduled and fabrication progress updated regularly. Confirmed installation date and time and my two crews sowed up early and installed my order professionally and with the ultimate professionalism. Sergio, Victor, Andrew,Irving and Luis were second to none. The did an excellent job and paid close attention to detail.

We had a great experience getting new windows. The initial appointment was easy to schedule and Craig answered all of our questions and walked through the entire process. He promptly gave us the detailed diagrams needed to submit to our HOA.

After approval, our windows were ordered and installed a few weeks later. The installation team of Corey, Miguel, Sergio and Michael worked very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Note that you should remove all window treatments prior to their arrival which was not a problem. The windows look great and are noticeably quieter.

American Vision Windows just completed a large job of just under 40 windows for us. Sergio and his crew of Carlos, Victor, Irving, Luis, Tony and Drew were a fantastic group to work with during the installation on this project, along with the Project Manager, Peter.
