American Vision Windows, Inc.

We were very impressed with our installation team which consisted of Jim, Jesus, Agustin and Jorge.

They did a great job, were very professional and polite and we couldn’t be more pleased.

The service I received from American Vision Windows was exceptional. They removed and installed a total of 11 windows. The crew came in and explained what the steps were and how the job would proceed. Eddie, Martin, Andres, and Eric made sure that all my furnishings and counters were covered. As soon as a window was removed the residue was vacuumed up as to avoid any tracking around my home. Once the job was done they made sure that everything was cleaned up and removed. The windows look amazing and the new windows have dropped the temperature in my home by over 15 degrees.

I just had my windows replaced by this company. The experience has been great from beginning to end. Billy was my salesperson, he was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The crew of Carlos, Martin, Alfonso, Franco, Emilio and Eric were on time, made sure that everything was covered and cleaned up well at the end.

My new windows look great !

I strongly recommend this company !

So impressed with the service so far and it’s just beginning. Josh was so knowledgeable in helping us choose our windows. The process wasn’t rushed and all questions answered thoroughly. Alan came to our home to measure and was so personable and thorough with information about our installation. We really feel confident going into this project.

Another amazing experience with American Vision Windows, second time using them for the front windows this time, the team absolutely crushed it. Everything looks amazing and was done very efficiently and they took great care of my home while completing the project. Thank you Michael ,Jesus ,Augustine, Alexis and Jose V you guys were amazing.

Came on time Luis, Carlos, por firio, Javier, and Eric did a wonderful job..was worth every penny..and it was alot of them lol.🙏🫶 Can finally feel the breeze. Thanks guys.

My wife and myself are very happy with the installers the crew of Eddy, Louis, IAN, Eric, Jose and Manny. They did an excellent job very courteous very clean and a very short period of time. My wife is happy. I am happy.

Luis, Carlos, and Christina were super great. I talked to Christina at the office regarding my windows needing to be recaulked due to the climate, as some of the caulking had cracked, causing water to leak inside my sunroom. Christina scheduled Luis and Carlos to come out and recaulk six windows. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all!

Phong

Antonio arrived on time & he helped with caulking/sealing the window from the rains. Afterwards Antonio took his time to answer my questions about installation, leaks, & he took the time to check an adjacent window for leaks

The crew that came out this morning were Jose V., Mauricio, Felipe, & Geovanny. They arrived on time and did a GREAT JOB Installing a front door, a small slider, and a picture window in the hallway. When they finished the job, they cleaned up everything real well. They also took the time to explain all the functions of each installation. I would highly recommend “American Vision Windows” to my friends and neighbors because of my experience with these gentlemen. ????

Ordering one new custom slider replacement window

AVW is an outstanding company. We have used them several times, and we always have had a great experience from start to finish. Jesse, Michael and Alexis did our most recent window replacement. This team gets an A plus. They were very efficient, skilled, polite and clean. We will be using AVW in the future and can recommend them without hesitation.

I had a great experience, Jim, Angel, Jesus, and Agustin are very professional, clean neatly, and very polite, Angel was exceptional, I’m very happy with the windows and the workers… thank you American vision

Both Jose Serrano and Emmanuel did a great and professional job and followed up with the window usage.

Great job by Jesus and Agustin, fast install. The doors look beautiful. Highly recommend American Vision.

Good job on time clean up very well

This is the 2nd time I have had American Vision Windows make and install new windows and slider doors in my homes. And each time I would rate them an A++! From designing and ordering with Gina Perin, to the measuring, to the install with Eddie, Brian, Ian, Freddy, J. Serrano, and Manny! Always excellent service, fast precision install, and top notch clean up. Also, as a local Real Estate Agent, I recommend American Vision Windows to my clients. I know they also will be treated like royalty!

Windows and a slider were installed in my home this week & it was as painless a process, from beginning to end, as any work or installation I have had done. Salesperson Armen’s presentation was thorough & understandable and he answered all my questions. The work team consisting of Eddie, Brian P., Luis, Luis M. & Jairo arrived exactly on time & upon completion left a spotless worksite. I especially appreciated the politeness & professionalism of all team members. Like Armen, Eddie & Jairo patiently and completely answered all my questions, plus demonstrated the features and benefits of my new windows and slider. I’m very pleased!

AVW made the entire process very easy. Never having had windows replaced I had no idea what to expect. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable from my salesman Armen to the wonderful installation crew led by Carlos V, Abel, Jairo, Magana. They made the process so easy and I am so happy I made the decision to go with this company. Thank you all and I will not hesitate to call when I need more windows!

Picked a window, contacted Project Manager Billy Doherty, and shortly afterwards, Alan did the precise measurements required. From the initial contact with both individuals, the process has begun! I have been very impressed with the customer service, which to me is of the utmost importance. I am glad that American Vision Windows is the company we have chosen to complete the project.

Yesterday I had two entry doors installed. Two crews were involved Jessi/Michael and Alfredo/Irving. Everyone showed up on time and the initial workmanship and installation could not have been better. If I were rating yesterday, I would without hesitation give it 5 stars. However 24 hours in, it is impossible to assess the quality of the doors and that is the reason I down graded the overall project by one star. Let’s see what the doors look like and how well they operate in 6 months or a year.

AVW’s very very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the appointment to accurately measuring my back door.

Kudos to Laura, Mike and Christian

American Vision Windows helped me out with my mother-in-law screens. Heather was fantastic and very polite, and very knowledgeable. Antonio did our screens to perfection. Kudos to these two employees. Will definitely suggest this company to others. Thanks Heather and Antonio for making my experience pleasurable.

Our installers (Eddie, Martin, Ceasar, Brian) were efficient and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the product and explained how to operate the windows and how to maintain them. They answered all of our questions. They were pleasurable to work with. We are very happy with the product and the entire installation experience.

Sergio & Pana

I also wanted to give a shout out that had not been for Jay, who I started this search with & his stellar presentation of the Anlin products, this more than likely never would’ve happened. So a big thank you to him & hope he’s doing well during his temporary leave.

Britney in Simi was GREAT to work with….she provided whatever pricing options I needed to help with making the decision. Juan, who just took the final measurements was super cool & very professional. From what I’ve seen so far, I trust the installation will be the same.

My new windows look amazing! The installation was like a well-oiled machine! They covered furniture & floors, were polite & efficient. Thank you Eddie, Martin, Jayson, Wilton, Emidio, Caesar, & Fonso for a job well done!

Octavio and Jose were such a great team troubleshooting my window, fast and efficient while still being friendly and professional. Really appreciate their hard work in solving my problem!

I am overjoyed with my new windows! From Hugo, to Illyssa, to the install team of Corey, Jim, Miguel, Hector & Luis, I experienced total excellence, professionalism & beautiful work. I would absolutely recommend American Vision Windows to anyone I know. My journey began with wonderful customer service on the phone then great knowledge, good listening skills, compassion & encouragement, ending with quick & efficient installation, detailed walk through and left with a clean house. My only regret is that I didn’t go ahead and have them do my other two bathroom windows. I will be calling them soon….

This is my second positive experience working with American Vision Windows. I had them install 10 windows about 4 years ago. It was a smooth process. Arturo, the installers were professional and did a great job. Today Craig Giras, Sales of American Vision Windows came to have four more windows replaced and installed. So nice to work with a company who is honest, has integrity who treat customers with respect.

I have enjoyed the service from American Vision Windows since 2016. The company is always responsive to my needs and the quality of the windows are exceptional. Today, Henry and Valentin were at my home to inspect some caulking and they were professional and very kind. Thank you for having such great employees who enjoy working for this company.

A real pleasure to do business with these folks. Jim Wells helped make the ordering process stress-free, and the installation crew (Manny, Eric, Chris & Eddy) were skilled & efficient, right down to the finishing touches. I should have done this sooner!

I could not more happier with my new windows. Your technicians Erzhan and Yaro did an excellent job. They covered my floors and furniture, cleaned up everything and kept me informed as they moved along to each window. Best service I have ever had at my mine. Great guys that deserve accommodations

Entire experience was excellent. Salesperson, Val, was professional and patient. Alex, installation tech, again was very professional and explained the process during install. Grace checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly during the install. I felt we got good value for the quality and are happy overall.

We order 8 sliders and 1 huge 10ft glass door and they were all installed in our single level home in under 5 hours. AMAZING

Alex Sr. , Gary, Christian, Eduardo and Craig were all super nice, respectful and professional. We definitely recommend them.

Big thanks to Hugo, Henry and Michael for helping us to replace windows that were damaged by fire. They look wonderful. We have always loved our windows that you originally installed and we are so happy to have you replace the damaged ones.

I had new windows installed on my third floor condo. Manuel, Cristian, Mike, Gary, Alex and Eduardo were very pleasant, professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them all.

I had a great experience working with American Vision Windows. Our installers were fantastic (Alex Sr, Eddy, Eric, Dimitri). They showed up on-time and got straight to work. Everything was finished and perfectly installed by early afternoon. We had some especially difficult windows to install (very large and high ceilings), but they were able to install them securely and swiftly. I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows to others!

We are very happy with the services received by American Vision Windows from start to finish. Starting with Bettye who was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered. If she didn’t have the answer in front of her, she picked up the phone and got an answer right then and there. She helped us with our window selection and options that best fit our needs. We did not get nearly enough information from other companies we interviewed and appreciate her time and patience. Manny and Christian did an excellent job on the installation. Manny is a master of his craft making sure every aspect of the job was down to the finest detail. The jamb and casing work was spot on and dressed up the window with a high end finish. The window looks absolutely amazing inside and out. Lastly, we like that the company is a one stop shop from product to installation. Overall, we would highly recommend American Vision Windows for your window needs. They go over and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

Jesse and his crew were extremely professional, clean and kept me informed throughout the entire job. If you’re looking for a great product and great installers you should go with American Vision Windows. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had several windows installed by American Vision Windows of Tustin, CA, and needed a few minor touch ups on the caulking. Customer service coordinator, Valentino called me to set up an appointment. Valentino was wonderful!, he left a voicemail and at the time I was not able to answer it, so I called back, and he responded right away. He was very accomodating to my schedule. His tone of voice was kind, courteous, very professional and not hurried. Valentino scheduled an appt with Henry to come out to do the work. Henry arrived right on time as promised, which I love! Henry is an experienced window installer for over 30 years! He is knowledgeable and professional and answered all questions I had. Valentino and Henry deserves recognition or a raise for providing excellent customer service!!! Thanks to both of you, I am happy with your service!!!

Excellent Experience! They really stand behind their product! Had windows and doors installed a number of years ago. Had an issue with one of the doors being hard to lock/unlock. Hugo took my call and set up a service appointment immediately. The technician, Henry, was on time, curious and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend American Vision Window!

Great company. Everyone we dealt with from the service manager to installers were professional, friendly and thorough.

My wife and I love our new windows and sliders. Would recommend anyone who is looking to make home improvements.

A special shout out to Edy, Michael, Henry, Jim, Hugo and Tim!

My windows have not yet been installed, so this review is about the sales meeting, the initial measurement, and the final measurement work. Craig is the sales gentleman and has been great to work with. He’s knowledgeable and personable. While the windows are slightly more than we had budgeted, compared to the other window replacement offerings, the quality is absolutely superior!

As far as the final measurement work, Juan is the gentleman who came out to take the measurements. Juan was courteous, detailed, asked clarifying questions where necessary, and I felt confident that the results will be exactly as asked.

So far so good! After install, may supplement this review.

Update. Final install completed! The windows look great! They DO cut down noise and definitely cut down on the heat into the house, so energy efficiency should go up. The installation crew was courteous, polite, and worked with me when I needed a different trim. Overall, American Vision Windows is a wonderful company with which to do business!

American Vision Windows installed 15 windows at my home on 8/1/24. Craig Giras was very informative and answered all my questions. I live in SoCal so decided to go with high-end vinyl windows. AVW is a qualified installer for Anlin, which I believe to be the top of the line for vinyl windows. Craig explained the installation process. Everything ran perfectly. The install team arrived on time and completed the work in less time than expected. They were very respectful of my property and did not trample the plants, or leave trash around. I have one more large window to upgrade and when I am able to have it done, I will once again call American Vision Windows.

From start to finish I had a excellent experience with this company. Cody helped me with sales and the installation crew Jim, Raul, Henry and Antonio were all amazing. I love my new windows. Thank you!

We met with Craig Giras today and he was so professional, detailed, and very helpful and understood what doors we needed for our home! We are so thankful to be working with him and American Vision Windows. This will be a huge upgrade for our home-thank you so much Craig and team!!!

This is the third time I have used American Vision for windows and sliders and each time has been a great experience. Sergio, Luis and Irving were awesome and their work product was excellent. Sergio even took some time to remove the locking mechanism from one of my sliding doors to clean it for me. They get an A+ from me.

We decided to invest in new windows for our house to improve its energy efficiency and enhance its aesthetic appeal. After extensive research and many Nextdoor referrals, we called American Vision Windows. Josh came out a few days later, did all the measurements, and went over everything thoroughly.

The installation process went smoothly, and the installers were professional and friendly. Our new windows and sliding glass door are absolutely beautiful and have made such a huge improvement to our home. We are thrilled with the results and are so happy we decided to go with American Vision Windows!
