Zen Windows and their installer did a great job putting in a sliding glass door in my dining room. I’m very pleased with how fast the installation happened.

Zen Windows was amazing! They were so responsive and helpful through every step of the process. Luke, our consultant, worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned. Pricing was extremely transparent and fair and the installation was so quick and clean – I had no idea that 8 windows could go in that quickly. The poor crew had to crawl around in our creepy attic and had no complaints! We have had no issues whatsoever and love our new windows! Definitely recommend Zen Windows for your next project!

Zen Windows Kansas City was prompt and professional. James was incredibly helpful in quoting the work to be performed, and George and his team did an amazing job installing my seven windows. Luke and Misty were very helpful in coordinating the timing of the delivery and following up after the job was complete. The windows are great! George the foreman and his crew, Jose and Pablo of Zen Windows completed the job. They sized up the work and set up scaffolding and ladders and removed the old picture window very methodically. A real team effort! They then removed the surrounding metal track and wooden framing, some had wood rot. They then installed new primed framing and replaced the window sill support which had considerable wood rot. Then installed the new picture window and all required caulk and sealants etc. They cleaned up inside and outside. They worked constantly for three plus hours and We are over joyed by their work! Each time we’ve been impressed with how smooth the process is from getting a quote, confirming measurements and then install. The install team is efficient, tidy and polite. We reached out to Zen Windows after getting an outrageous quote from another window company. From initial communication and questions with James, to scheduling and ordering with Misty, thru installation, the process was so smooth. They answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) and were extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. Installation day came, and the crew was courteous and professional. We were unsure on how messy the process of doing the installation would be, but after they left, you hardly even knew they were here. We are extremely glad we found Zen and used them for replacement windows on our home. We love our new windows!

I waited a couple of years longer than I should’ve waited to replace my three bay windows in the front of my house. Basically I waited because I did not feel or want to spend the money that I knew it was going to cost me to replace them. After hearing about Zen windows I conducted quite a bit of research on their Windows and made the call. I spoke with Luke Milligan who I believe is the manager of the division that he works for and was extremely impressed with the professionalism he displayed on the phone. After speaking with Luke I was put in contact with my local manager named James. Outstanding guy very professional and very helpful with every step of the process. George who actually came out and measured my windows and was the person that installed them was also extremely professional, very prompt, and very courteous. I had no idea that anyone could put the windows in and make it look as easy as he did. Bottom line is, Zen windows will be my number one go to company this following summer when I replace six more windows in my house.

This was my first time getting all the windows in a house redone and did a lot of research given the price. James at Zen was an absolute professional in terms of providing answers to all my questions, coming to see the house to provide recommendations on window types and colors, but not being pushy about any product or timing. The communication by Misty after the purchase was great and always responsive. Then the installation was swift and done very nicely in terms of quality, clean up, and ensuring everything was right. Really can’t say enough about the service throughout the whole process and how nice the windows perform and look. Love the ability to easily clean all the windows from the inside as well. Definitely would recommend and will come back to Zen Windows in the future.
