This is our second experience with Zen Windows. After searching out replacement window companies a couple of years ago, we decided upon Zen due to their overwhelming positive reviews and competitive prices. We were not disappointed, and considered no other when we recently decided to replace more windows. This is an amazing company! From start to finish, we could not have been more pleased. Building a new home and having to replace windows after 5 years is beyond frustrating (they were not from Zen)! Having said that the entire process from talking to Matt, getting the quote in email, having someone come out to measure, and installation was the best experience I have ever had with a business. Matt and Alix respond to all emails and texts promptly and are so professional and friendly! They really do care! Brian and his son were are installers and they did great work, even with a couple of curveballs thrown their way! Love the windows and sliding patio door! The ABSOLUTE best. Totally lives up to their name. It was a calm, honest, and caring experience. Matt took care of us with a great estimate, good advice, and no pressure. Their installation crew, Brent and Brandon, were the best! They were clean and professional, they handled a curve-ball my house threw at them quickly, expertly, and without additional cost! I really didn’t think folks like Zen existed in the remodeling world anymore. I always felt like a valued customer, never a nuisance or a wallet. I cannot recommend them enough!

We just had 25 windows installed with Zen Windows. Throughout the whole process they had great open communication & were very professional as well as personable. We weren’t home most of the time the week of the installation and had zero issues with mess. They were very tidy & communicated with us on when they would be in and out. We immediately noticed how consistent our house temperature was from room to room on both levels of the house. We will be referring them to anyone & everyone who we know that needs new windows! The double hung windows are easy to operate & gave our 110 year old farm house a much needed facelift!

Great company to work with! The virtual estimate process was really easy. Although the lead time was long (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control) I was kept informed the whole time. The installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job.

We got a window cut into our wall and Brent and Hunter did fantastic on a complicated job and were very knowledgeable! He was very patient and explained the whole process to us. We were so happy Zen had such skilled staff and were able to do a project that other companies turned down.

I did a lot of research and had 2 other companies come give us an estimate for replacement of all our windows. Zen was right there with another company in price, but we chose Zen based off the reviews we read, as well as how great the process was, no one in my home trying to sell me windows, just an upfront no pressure way of doing things. I have to say, now that the windows are installed, I absolutely love them, Brian did an amazing job of installing and everyone was easy to work with. Love supporting a local small business as well! I cannot say enough good things about Zen Windows. I was sketchy before as I never heard of this company before but they blew me away with amazing communication, the professionalism, and the workmanship they have. I would recommend them time and time again!

We had Zen Windows replace every window in our house this spring. The process was even easier than I hoped for. With no sales pressure, super responsive to questions and just overall easy to work with. They 100% stick to the price they quote you even if something unexpected pops up. We had a change that had to be made to our bedroom windows that caused the price of the windows to go up and they did not charge us anymore than what was first quoted. Brian, our installer and his team did amazing work making sure everything was perfect and the way we wanted it and always left their work areas spotless when they were done. I have already recommended them to friends who have already gotten quotes from them and plan on using them if that tells you anything. When we are ready to get our new doors installed I will definitely be using them for that as well.

I write this review not just for Zen and their installers but everyone associated with Zen and more importantly, for you the consumer to hopefully make your decision easier. When I spend the kind of money required to upgrade our home, I thoroughly do my research on best windows & doors and came across Zen windows. We had all the big name brand window companies come out and even some smaller companies too. Zen wasn’t the most expensive and they weren’t the cheapest but what finally made our decision relatively easy was their customer service. You can find good reviews and bad reviews on any company out there but I could NOT find a bad review for Zen windows and I see why now. My wife and I went back and forth on colors, designs, grids, no grids, double pane, triple pane, etc etc etc. and Zen and their crew were nothing short of amazing through the entire process. They said countless times to us ‘we want you guys to be happy because they’re your windows’ so we changed and changed and changed our minds and they were just so understanding!! Every order is custom made to your exact specifications, there was never any high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. What you’re quoted is what you pay. No lie!! We ended up going with Double hung Imperial Elites with triple pane glass w grids in top half of our windows. Our windows came in and we were put on the schedule via Rachel almost immediately (within a week). This leads me to installation led by Brent and Hunter who did our install. Nothing short of amazing craftsmen. That doesn’t even do them justice! Incredible craftsmanship!! Outstanding!!! Brent told me, when I install a window in your home, I’m treating it like it’s my own home. They made sure everything was level & square & plumb & just absolutely PERFECT!! Brent would call me first thing in the morning to tell me they were on their way. They laid drop clothes and covered furniture. Swept and picked up after themselves even when we told them we’ll get it. They WANTED to make sure our home was as clean, if not cleaner than before they started. Zen truly has an asset in Brent and Hunter. Whatever they’re being paid, it’s not enough!! I’m not just saying this, they are absolute assets to Zen windows!! The owner, Matt, even called me on the phone prior to our order arriving when I had sent him an email with a question. He simply wanted to make sure we were completely happy. How many companies do this nowadays? Zen uses Softlite brand windows who have been around as long as some of the other well known names and I can see why. The quality of the windows, in my opinion, are second to NOBODY!!! I hope this helps make your decision a little bit easier when you decide who to go with for your windows. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family. PLEASE check out their company and their windows. And, for anyone wondering after this review, I am not nor have I ever been employed by Zen nor am I friends or family with any of them, but I do feel like family after the entire experience of purchasing & installation.

My old house is 105 years old and has some wonky windows. The Zen team, Brent and Hunter, were amazing the way they custom fitted the new windows and made the exterior look so nice and linear. They took their time with each window and insulated more than I expected. They were also really nice guys! The windows are beautiful and the original estimate is exactly what we paid. I highly recommend this company.

Zen Windows did an amazing job replacing 6 windows in our newly purchased house. We worked on the estimate process with Zach and he made it very easy for us. They were able to get us on their schedule in a reasonable time. The installation process was completed in 2 days. The installers did a fantastic job and walked us through the whole process. They ensured to keep their working area clean. I will be using this company again in the future!

We recently had 3 sets of new windows installed on 3 different levels in our home, and I can’t recommend Zen Windows enough. To start, the initial sales process with Zach was very comforting and solidifying. Their zero pressure, zero gimmicks, and honesty forward approach was a main seller for us. Zach was promptly responsive, respectful, and very easy to speak to and work with and he kept us up to date with our timeline from start to job completion. The installers, Brent and Hunter were extremely efficient, clean, respectful, and mindful of our home that includes 2 cats and 1 territorial dog. I’ve honestly never seen a cleaner or more professional work zone or crew. They wasted no time getting our windows in and arrived right on time. They even went the extra mile to vacuum all of our floors when finished, not just the spaces they worked. Don’t go with companies who try to over sell and who you don’t feel comfortable with, go with a business you know who will do you right, like Zen Windows. We will be ordering more windows and a front door in the future, thanks guys!
