From the moment we contacted Zen Windows we were satisfied. The level of expertise, no-hassle quote, and speedy response meant we weren’t sitting around for weeks waiting on appointments, scheduling, quotes, etc. This made a huge difference to us with 2 small kids running around. The windows were fitted fast and efficiently and we have had so many compliments from the neighbors!! Extremely pleased with the service and quality!

So after getting a really bogus price from that other company that supposedly says buy one and get one free I came across Zen. There was no sales call, I got a very good quote over the phone that saved me about $4000 less than the other company on my windows and patio door even after the other company’s discount. The window quality is at least as good, and the installation is one of the best I’ve seen! There was a minor issue with the door installation that the installers resolved completely to my satisfaction. If you plan to go anywhere else go to Zen and send the difference to a charity. You will be happy and help someone in need!

From estimate, to ordering and all the way through installation – I’m not sure how it could have possibly gone any better. Good value, no high pressure sales at all, multiple follow-ups along the way, and they always did exactly what they said they would do. Installation was two full days and everything was left clean. Terry (installer) was very professional, nice, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Zen windows to anyone looking at window replacements!

If you have experienced a 2-hour high pressure sales pitch convincing you to buy new windows, consider the Zen Window experience. The quality is excellent and the price is better than we found elsewhere. No sales people…5-minute online quote…No deposit… Yep. All true. Highly recommend Dan and his team from the web estimate, someone coming to measure, and the installation crew. We are pleased with the quality and the Zen experience. Highly recommend.

The Zen Team did a great job installing our replacement window. They were efficient and professional. The window quality was considerably better than the original and the price was very competitive. We recommend them highly.

We had Zen windows put in our home last year. It was a very smooth process throughout. There was a minor defect in one of the window panes that went unnoticed at first. But when I contacted Matt, he took care of it promptly and the window pane was replaced, of course for no cost. Zen windows have been great making the house queiter, better insulated, and great curb appeal. Overall, our experince with Zen windows is super!! Highly recommend them!!

I must say, out of all the home improvements I have made over the years, working with Zen was by far the easiest, least complicated, best experience I have every had. From their estimate process to the finished product, everything ran smoothly and we love the outcome. Those who installed the windows were very knowledgeable about everything, left my home and property without leaving a trace behind. Dan Wolt and his company Zen Windows are a top shelf service provider. Their prices were competitive and the service and installation were excellent. They honor their estimate, complete the job quickly, and provide a quality product. They even fixed an existing sliding door that was very much out of alignment. The installation crew were two very friendly and talented guys that did an excellent job. I would completely recommend them without hesitation. I really wish I could hire them for other (non-window/door) projects!

Super impressed from start to finish. After being taken for a ride by one of the large companies that spend a ton on advertising, I reach out to Zen and they set my mind at ease.

I had sat through the long demonstration with another company and was quoted a crazy price for replacing all of my windows. I declined and with 2 day this company dropped more than 5,000 of their price. I didn’t care for the approach and sales tactics.

My windows were original to the home and I just wanted up fair up front pricing. I continued my online search and homework and came across Zen windows via google search.

I like what the website said about virtual estimates and input my information. I had a call from Zen within the hour and had a nice conversation with the owner. My mind was set at ease after the conversation and I had a quote shortly thereafter.

At this point the prices were pretty close to even and it was a no brained to go with Zen. I was treated with respect and they understood I had already done a ton of research. I appreciated the upfront pricing and that Zen prides itself on no high pressure sales.

Install went well. I knew when the windows were set to arrive and they were installed on time with no issues.

Great experience working with Zen Windows. No hassle sales process, the windows came in timely, and the installation team took their time to do it right rather than rushing. The installation manager even stopped to visit to make sure that things were going smoothly. The warranty is very good as well, and the quality of the windows is great. It makes my house look like a completely new home!

I researched forever to find windows. They had windows that contractors considered the best and they were the easiest to work with. Matt did about 16 different quotes until we made the final decision. The installers were great! Clean up after themselves and were pleasant to have around. One of our screens and one of our sashes had minor problems and that was taken care of immediately with absolutely NO HASSLE. I recommend them every chance I get.

I had 10 windows replaced by Zen Windows about 18 months ago. I went to the website and requested a quote based on the number of windows – all triple paned. Received brochures, recommendations, online videos, etc. Never had a salesman come to the house and no pressure. Agreed to the quote via email and the installation manager came by a couple of days later and took measurements. No down payment and payment isn’t due after the windows are installed. Window size didn’t matter on price as long as they are under a certain number of inches measured all around. 2 weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. My old metal framed windows had been liquid nailed in and were a bear to get out and some minor drywall damage resulted. Also, the old wood around the outside of the windows was bad and had to be replaced. No change to the price due to any of that and they sent a drywall guy to do the repair and he was awesome. Lifetime warranty. They look great and the noise reduction, heat reduction, etc. is amazing. Great buying experience and would recommend to anyone looking at new windows.

Dealing with Zen Windows was a seamless process. Matt from the sales team communicated frequently with us ( all done via e-mail and phone) and answered all the questions we had on time …even taking phone calls at weird hours :). They were able to better the quote from a competitor and once everything was signed, Bill called and set up an appointment and a few days later the window was installed professionally. For the first few days it looked like we were looking through the window in HD and you could reach out and touch things outside. I’m loving the window since it’s in my bath and while taking a shower it feels like you are with nature ( There is a big tree outside). The window does fog up a bit after a few minutes, but it is still worth it! Thank you Zen Windows team!

Buying windows can be one of the most stressful home improvement projects a homeowner can endure. But not with Zen windows! My home was due for new windows as they were builders grade windows installed during the home build 23 years ago. They were falling apart, wouldn’t open properly and of course very drafty. So I decided to shop around and get quotes from several local and nationwide installers. After a few visits from heavily advertised replacement window companies and listening to their several hours long sales pitch followed by high pressure, overpriced quotes, I was beginning to think replacement windows would be out of reach for my budget. These companies were wanting 26k to 33k… even with their “buy 2 get 2” promos. But then I noticed Zen Windows in a Google search and read that getting a quote was as easy as filling out your window measurements online or calling in to speak with Matt. So after checking out the website and getting an idea of what I wanted, I simply called Matt at Zen Windows, gave him the measurements for my 17 windows and after a few clarification questions from Matt, a complete quote was emailed to me for review. Couldn’t believe how simple the process was! Also couldn’t believe how much more affordable Zen Windows were! I accepted the quote and within a week or so, the installers reached out to schedule a visit to verify my measurements. Measurements were made, the windows were placed on order and a few months later the windows were installed. The installers (Brooks and Adam), were very friendly, professional and experienced! They went above and beyond my expectations and replaced a few rotten window trim boards during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. I used Zen to replace all of the windows in my condo. The sales process was smooth and straight forward with no gimmicky sales pitch. There pricing was very competitive and they used high quality SoftLite windows. The install process was also very smooth and the crew was clean, professional, and did an excellent job installing the windows (Shout out to Brooks and Adam). I would use Zen’s service again.
