Zen Windows replaced all of my windows in my house and were incredibly easy to work with and professional. They did the entire job in one day and I had zero issues throughout the project. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for fair, quality installation in the Charlotte area.

Mike our sales representative was super patient in answering all our questions and when we took a few days to decide what we wanted to do, I never felt pressured to buy or be sold. The experience with Zen Windows from beginning to end was excellent! The entire team was extremely responsive from Ty, Scott, Natalie and Mark with the installation crew. There was no 3 hour pitch with buy one , get one free or half off. The windows came in early and Scott called me on his day off to let me know and if they could fit me in early for installation. Crew showed up on time and had all 19 windows installed in a day. You do not pay a penny until installation is complete and you are happy. An added bonus was being able to pay with my credit card with no convenience fee so was able to earn rewards on the payment. This was one of the most stress free experiences I have had when working with a business on home improvement. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend if you are getting windows replaced.

This is a great company! It is very easy to get amazing windows. Ty was my consultant, he answered all of my questions.

After this, I waited for window construction, once complete, install was ready to go! I replaced all windows and had a double door converted to a sliding glass door. They are exactly what I wanted. Overall outstanding customer experience for two projects that included the replacement all of the windows in my house with high quality ProVia Endure vinyl windows and the replacement of a patio door and a mud room entry door with high quality ProVia steel doors. First I must say it was a pleasure and absolute joy to work with Zen Windows. I spoke to Mike Knight and he was very professional and honest about everything. He named companies by name and their prices. It’s really sad how much OTHERS up-charge just for their name.

Second, the product was ordered in a timely fashion. Before we knew it, we got a call for next day installation. I think the entire process took 4 weeks. EXCELLENT!!! The guys took care of installation within 4 hours and we are beyond pleased. Thad and the crew did an excellent job and we love the outcome. We will be using Zen Windows for any future projects.

I was referred to Zen windows after trying to go through Home Depot to replace my front door. I was changing my old double front door out for a new wide front door with side glass panels. The moment I change over to Zen windows was the moment all the stress of the door buying/designing went away. The whole team at Zen windows was fast, efficient and friendly. And the quality of both the door and the installation was well above my expectations. When I was shopping for doors at Home Depot I learned a few things about the different quality of doors they have to offer. When I moved over to Zen, I realized that all Zen offered was the highest quality doors, such as ball bearing hinges, and other small hidden features that will make my door last much longer. The whole team at Zen worked so well together, the process was practically seamless. Originally at home depo I was having trouble getting the design I wanted because of the strange size of my front door space since I was changing from a double door to a single door with side glass. Zen handled all that with no issues at all. I was able to get a beautiful door that fits the space perfectly, and was custom ordered and installed in less time then I imagined. I am beyond grateful for how seamless the whole window replacement was for me due to Zen Windows and their amazing team. The price was very reasonable, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the installation took less than a day. I wanted to have them double-check something a few days later, they came back and were super helpful and even did a quick fix on something that wasn’t even their fault (two of the windows had a loose piece under the ledge, it was like that before but I hadn’t noticed and they quickly nailed and caulked it). I can’t recommend them enough and have already told every homeowner I know about them.

If I could give more stars I would. I had several other window companies come out who provided quotes upwards to 4x what Zen Windows quoted. Ty was easy to work with, and no pressure at all. Overall he came in with the best quote. When we researched the window brand, we found that these windows were high quality had had great customer ratings. Once we moved forward with the project, the communication was excellent from Zen, keeping us posted along the way. Our windows came in early and they scheduled us right away. The installers were professional, on time and did fantastic work. Overall the windows exceed our expectations. We the road noise is quiet now, or muffled at best. And we cant wait to see what it does for our energy bill. We have noticed that our AC unit does not kick on as much. So far I have recommended Zen Windows to 3 other people, and will continue to do so. This is a top notch company!

Not enough can be said about how great of an experience my wife and I had with Zen Windows. From the initial consultation with Ty (which just felt like a conversation, no high pressure sales tactics), to measurements with Scott, emailing with Ericka over lead-times, billing with Sandy, and finally Doug and the team doing the final installation; the entire process was a pleasure and felt easygoing, like dealing with a family. Zen Windows philosophy of “having that conversation & make sure it’s the right fit for you and your home” made my wife and I feel VALUED as people and not just an easy commission. They understand that large purchases such as windows shouldn’t be made in a day or under pressure to commit by “x day” as so many competitors in the business operate. The lead times were not bad at all, maybe 3-4 weeks from the day they placed the order for 21 windows to be installed.
