The team worked and cleaned up debris and left our property nice and clean. They installed all of our windows in no time too! We could not be any happier with our new windows, as it tremendously improved the look of our home, as well as the value of it! We had a door installed in our den!! We love love it! It did take a while to this install, mostly due to the weather! Mike was our sales consultant who helped us and he was wonderful!! The office staff was also amazing and always pleasant to speak with!! We recommend this company!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Wiregrass Window and Door. It has been a great experience with smooth transactions. From the very beginning when Devon Turkowski reached out to me after a inquiry online for assistance with my project. He made an appointment, showed up as scheduled,

allowed me to show him the problems that needed correcting, and discussed with me what could be done and steered me in the direction to not waste my money on something patching because the problem would still exist and worsen. He spared me from wasteful spending. Then we came up with a plan and went forward. I then visited the office on Main Street in Dothan and met with Josh Lowe and the Office Manager. Josh walked me through their selection of products and explained everything to

me. Michael Kitwell, the Installation Manager contacted me afterwards to let me know expected date that the supplies are delivered and that would start the day after with renovation. Communicating during the process was smooth. Oh, and the best incentive of it all is there is a “Lifetime Warranty” and

it transferrable the new owners if I decide to sale. You cannot not beat a company with their level of professionalism, respect, honesty, helpfulness and kindness. Oh, and my home is beautiful, just as Devon said it would be.

The windows in our house were fifteen-year old original contractor garbage windows that leaked every ounce of energy as well as every syllable I would have rather not shared with my neighbors. I ordered a house full of replacement windows from Wiregrass Window and Door. The order was accurately taken within 36 hours. The work crew was incredible, working during the hottest week (thus far) in 2023. They were competent, confident, on time and unobtrusive. We had some confusion over the number of windows to purchase, and even this was resolved without any significant issue.

Outstanding. Josh went above and beyond to assist us with the replacement of a window for our home. We tried another company prior (window world). They were horrible and after 6 months of waiting we had enough. We canceled and called Wiregrass window and door. Josh responded promptly and now a couple months later we have a new window and we couldn’t be happier. His customer service is impeccable and the installation of the new window was flawless and we are very pleased. We will definitely be using these guys again for all of our window or door needs. Josh (the owner) is my brother in law, and although they specialize in windows and doors, he stepped in when we were struggling with a bathroom renovation in our newly purchased old home. Custom fitting this prefab countertop was a nightmare due to the age of the house but these guys didn’t quit til it was perfect! They also installed the wainscoting, trim, lights and (very heavy) mirrors.
