General window replacement, Vinyl window installation & replacement

Great experience with the install team, the team showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves during the whole process (the cleanest project area ever). Young led the team on-site and was very efficient, he walked me through all the work they had done and even explained things to me that I didn’;t understand. Really great experience across the board with Young and his team! We got the front door and storm door along with almost every window (31 total) replaced and they finished in 1.5 days.

I replaced living and dining room windows. The process was well organized from initial consult to installation. They kept me informed throughout, and were always responsive. The price was good versus other quotes received. They did a great job yesterday at installation, and the windows are fantastic! Very happy.

Excellent experience with the whole WoW team. Brandon on the sales side was super responsive and helped worked through several iterations for HOA requirements. Becky was great about keeping me updated on timelines, status, and day-of planning. Joon and the whole install team were efficient, polite, and meticulous. Everything looks wonderful. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Joon and his crew did a great job installing a sliding door. We’ve had two projects done by WoW and have been very happy with their work both times.

Young and his team did a great job of installing 31 windows and 2 doors in less than 2 days. They were very careful and thorough. We hope this will lower our sky high electric bills!

Young & his team did an amazing job. They were professional and efficient and the windows have brought in much more light, with a significant reduction in outdoor sound. The rooms look bigger as well which is an additional plus!

I highly recommend WOW!

Joon and his team did an amazing job installing okna windows. He was able to work around the automatic shades and helped with putting back up the others. The install looks great.

Windows on Washington (WoW) is one of those rare companies that does everything right. WoW quoted a fair and reasonable price at the outset that was 32% below the next lower price including installation. Starting with the initial visit there was no sales pressure. None of the gimmicks I got from other companies such as buy 3 and get one free; our sale ends today so you will need to buy today to get the discount; and other high-pressure tactics. This first meeting heightened my confidence with WoW. The service I received has been top notch. The window and installation were perfect and the installation crew were all professional skilled craftsmen and very responsive, easy to deal with and friendly.

What a professional, efficient and thorough crew. The took good care of my house and completed 28 window replacements in 6 hours!! Yong Kim and his crew were amazing! Before I knew it, the windows were new and clean and they made me smile. Great company to work with!!

Perfect from start to finish. The whole team was amazing. Young handled the actual installation and really did a flawless job for us. You’re not likely to get better customer service with any other window replacement firm either. Overall a great experience and far exceeded my expectations.

Young and his team were fantastic! We desperately needed a new bay window for our old house. We reached out to Windows on Washington, got a quote, and the rest was history. They were very communicative about the whole process. We selected what window we’d like and then they came to measure and setup a date for installation. We got word that our window had arrived and got it installed shortly after. The process was quick, a little over an hour to install our window and it looks fantastic!!! So glad we went with Windows on Washington and will continue to use them in the future. Reasonable prices, easy to work with, and very professional!

I contacted WoW for a repair/replacement for a broken pane on one of the windows they installed. Thankfully, whatever struck the window only broke the outer pane. I sent them pictures of the damage and waited for them to offer solutions. Service technician Plamen reached out to me to get particulars on the damage and specs on the window to order a replacement. He was exceptional in communicating the entire process, keeping me up to date on when the replacement would be manufactured and shipped to WoW. He reached out recently to let me know it had arrived at their warehouse and arranged to finish the repair within a day of his phone call. During the replacement process, Plamen offered some pointers on future care of the windows. Very impressed with his customer engagement skills. I will not hesitate to contact Windows on Washington for future projects.

How wonderful my most lovely windows are from Windows on Washington & their installation team was brilliant at keeping all my furnishings covered. They were on time, efficient & most polite. I highly recommend them.

The windows are the best quality windows. The Joon’s team did a superb job installing them.

Joon and his crew did a superb job with our windows! Best experience we’ve had thus far with a house project and we’ve had a lot done! Definitely worth your time, energy and money investing with Windows on Washington! Well done guys! Ash and Steve Cook

Joon and his crew did a great job installing the door. Truly professional results. I felt confident from the very first handshake that he and his crew were going to do a good job.

The whole operation from sales to installation was seamless. I’ll be working with WoW in the future.

What an awesome experience!!! Windows are beautiful and the crew was efficient and cleaned up after. They were also on time! Also I love the soft close at the time of sale. No staying at my house for hours convincing me to sign. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Joon and crew!!!

The company has been great from start to finish on the project. They made sure every detail was double checked. Yong and his team were excellent. The team worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. My new windows and doors look amazing.

WoW was absolutely amazing installing 23 OKNA DH windows. They are beautiful and feel so well made. Lowest air infiltration on the market. Competitive pricing. Joon and his team were also incredible before and during the install. Impeccable work. Excellent clean up. Will never use anyone else for a window or door install. Considering siding with them as well as they are very conscious of using the opportunity to close gaps and create a tighter seal of the house. Very important to us as family member has asthma. Thank you!

Joon and his installation crew arrived on time and were exceptionally professional and promptly installed three casement windows and a front door on a three-story townhouse, so a little harder than for a two-story single family house. They cleaned the areas where they worked, and before departure, Joon gave me an overview of how to operate the window as well as how the door works as well as some advice on maintenance.

I cannot recommend them enough – their skill was clearly apparent in their work as they installed the new fixtures. The price I paid throughout was absolutely reasonable for the quality of materials and work, especially since the windows were special ordered to measurements – and arrived a few weeks before I thought they might show up. I wholeheartedly recommend Windows On Washington – you will not be disappointed!

Young and his team did exceptional work installing three doors on a very cold morning. They took extra care to make sure everything fit just right, including on one nonstandard doorway. It was clear this team had a lot of experience. Friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joon and his team did an incredible job installing our new front door. They were professional and tidy.

Joon answered any questions I had and after the installation was complete he walked me through everything they had done. I would highly recommend!

Joon and his team were quick and efficient! They arrived on time, setup in our driveway and immediately got to work. The installed all windows and gave us a tutorial on how to operate and clean them. I will absolutely work with this company again.

From start to finish everyone and everything has been fantastic. I could not ask for a better group of contractors. The window color was almost a perfect match to our 8 year old outdoor trim paint color.

Absolutely AMAZING job from Joon and his team. They repaired significant dry rot and replaced all the trim inside and out. They replaced my old slider with a beautiful high quality door as well. I am incredibly happy!! I highly recommend.

We had over 20 windows replaced, and the install crew was excellent. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I’d watch them start cutting out a window, and before I knew it, they were already caulking and moving on to the next one. They even took the time to show us how to operate and clean the new windows.

They probably could have finished everything in one day, but it was super windy, and they didn’t rush the job, which I appreciated. Great team all around, highly recommend!

A number of years ago, Windows On Washington replaced all the windows in our house and, like any item in a house, parts wear out and a number of the night ventilation window locks wouldn’t work.

Recently, the technician who came out to repair the window locks was professional, courteous and was able to fix the locks with skill. In addition to fixing the locks we were impressed with the way he treated our house with respect, as though it was his own. If any debris fell on the floor he took the time to pick up every piece. One of the most impressive aspects of this repair is that he accidentally made a very, very small scratch on one of the window locks which we wouldn’t have noticed but he had the integrity to bring it to our attention. That spoke volumes not only of him but for the entire company.

On another occasion, Windows on Washington repaired an exhaust cap on the roof that had been damaged by a storm. They fixed it and it now it looks much better.

We have dealt with Windows in Washington for over 15 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a company with integrity and one that will treat your house with respect and are able to do the installations or necessary repairs in a timely and efficient way, please consider Windows On Washington. You will not regret it! – Jim and Janet Angel

We absolutely love our new wall of windows and door. The craftsmanship looks that of fine furniture. We will be able to use our patio year around now. The cost was in fact our lowest bid received, but the communication, attention and professionalism of this company won us over. Everyone we dealt with made sure we happy and worked hard for perfection!!! We are so glad we invested in WOW!

I had a phenomenal experience with Windows on Washington. I had an old wood french door that desperately needed replacement. Joon and his team did excellent work installing, making sure to explain all the details so that I was fully informed, and going to extra lengths to make sure the door fit absolutely perfect. I am very satisfied with this team.

Excellent work. Easy to work with this company and their installers. Very professional and they were concerned about details. Joon and his crew did the doors and were excellent. His brother and crew did the windows also excellent work. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Young and the entire installation team were fantastic. They were very diligent with their work and completed the job in a timely manner. The team covered all necessary areas of the house so that no messes were made. They vacuumed the entire house to make sure no debris was found. In addition, the outside yard area was spotless. We would highly recommend Windows on Washington.

Windows on Washington, Joon and his crew did a great job installing 8 new windows. They are very professional and I would hire them again. Wow is great.

Young and his team did an Outstanding job!! They were courteous and very professional. As a retired military guy, I appreciated their attention to details. It’s also nice to support a veteran owned business…

When my wife came home from work and said, “The windows are beautiful and I LOVE the sliding glass door!!” Husbands know… MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!

Joon and the crew arrived early to work on our older townhome and got the project done in a great time frame. They cleaned up everything inside and outside to ensure safety. The windows are beautiful and the attention to detail evident. We can already tell a huge difference in temperature and sound from our old windows. Any and all questions were answered and we are very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door! Greg, our sales coordinator, Becky who kept us in the loop on the status and scheduled our service, and everyone else was very friendly and informative. Thank you all for the great service and wonderful windows and sliding glass door.

I picked Windows on Washington largely because of all the great reviews, especially on installation day. I had 2 windows and a front door installed today and Hong and his team to an amazing job! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The windows and door look fantastic and just as described. The whole team is great, super responsive and accomodating. There’s only one problem..now I want to speed up the rest of the work I’m doing to match these gorgeous upgrades!
