Northwest installed 27 beautiful windows and sliding door in our home.Representative Scott McKinstry was very informative ,and respectful. Shawn skillfully measured all windows and sliding door. Joseph and Tim’s knowledge and accuracy made installation run smooth and productive.Joseph and Tim handled our products with respect and kept a clean organized work area.The company slogan,”Simply the best…Trust Northwest”is true because they hire people like Scott,Shawn, Joseph, and Tim who represent dependability, engineering skills and respect. Everyone at Northwest was very courteous and knowledgeable. We had 11 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced. Ilya and his helper came out to the house and were very polite and on time. They even worked around my kids schedule for the installation. Ilya’s attention to detail was excellent! They did a super job of installing my windows and made sure to clean up any mess that was made. They even rehung my blinds for me! I would recommend Northwest!

Our new windows are amazing. What a huge improvement. Joe & Tim did a fantastic job. They worked hard and made the process worry free and effortless for us. We’re looking forward to our next home improvement project with Northwest.

Our home is over 50 years old with the original windows needing replacing due to heat loss in the winter and suffocating heat in the summer. We had previously used Lowes on another window installation project a couple years before. We were not impressed with the quality of the windows, the trim used or the high cost, so we looked for another company for our current project. After calling Northwest Exteriors, their sales rep, Scott Herold, came out to give us an estimate within just a day or two. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and listened to our concerns over what we had previously gone through with Lowes. His demonstration was a huge plus and he patiently answered all our questions. He assured us that Northwest was a totally different company who put their customers first and had high quality products and standards. He assured us the installers were experienced and did a great job. And wow did they ever! From the time we ordered the windows to saying goodbye to their expert installers, Joseph and Tim, the entire experience was uncomplicated and the work accomplished was amazing. Joseph and Tim are experts, quickly and proficiently installing windows during some of the hottest weather this summer. They were polite and kept each workstation clean, as well as cleaned up everything before they left. We did not have anything we needed to do. Except for our amazing new windows, you would never know we had a huge window replacement project happen at our home and property. We will definitely use Northwest Exteriors again and truly appreciate their teamwork and dedication to their customers. The owner, Tom, has created a quality company. Thank you

Mike Madhaw, our sales rep was wonderful! He demonstrated the window features, answered all our questions with not only patience, but passion. HeR17;s clearly so knowledgeable and friendly, we all hit it off immediately. I mean, like bffs forever. He did what he said he would every step of the way too. Trust.

We were on a time constraint and were so relieved when the windows came in in in plenty of time, just like they’d told us they would. And when Joseph and Tim showed up, well, it was the icing on the cake.

Watching Joseph and Tim work is like watching art. They had such synchrony and efficiency it was mind boggling. Come to find out, They’ve been working as a team for 7 years and it really shows. Even as the windows were going in, Joseph educated me further on their construction and efficiency, the double lifetime warranty and so much more. I loved that, knowledge is king. Plus, they managed their jobsite well, left everything clean and were a joy to have in our home all day. How often can you say that about installers? Nice, nice guys.

I can’t recommend Northwest, Mike Madhaw, and Joe and Tim enough. We are so, so pleased with our windows. (And if you’re considering the black frames, they’re worth the extra cost. Just sayin’.)

When u get great service paired with industry leading products and someone who is knowledgeable while still being patient with my questions , u feel good about having done business , just an overall great experience. The last thing u want to feel after investing into your home is doubt as to if u made the right choice . I can truthfully say northwest delivered on being able to feel exited about the new additions I went with . After 5 years I’m still happy and willing to let others know u can absolutely count on getting what u wanted at a great price and even better service !

A bit more expensive than competitors, but with good reason. Salesman measured my windows, week or so later, another came and measured. Windows were ready for install when promised. Installer also measured and then installed (there was no question, windows fit), were perfectly installed and clean up was done upon completion. Highly recommend Northwest exteriors.

Your team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient for the 3 day job. We can already feel a huge difference in the amount of heat that the new windows are blocking.

We just replaced all windows and a sliding glass door in our house. We had met with three companies for estimates and easily decided on Northwest. Mike Madhaw came to our house and thoroughly explained our options and we immediately felt in good hands. He was so personable yet professional and we were very comfortable with him. He seemed like someone we could trust. Another sales rep was scheduled to meet with us but due to a family situation wasn’t able to meet after all. Mike jumped in to ensure our meeting happened that evening, as planned.

When it came time for the installation, Joseph and Tim showed up as scheduled and got right to work. They were such an amazing team. They obviously respected each other, their workmanship and their company. It was a pleasure watching two amazing people work so well together. They were open to our questions and approachable for sure!

We hope Northwest is proud of their staff. They were truly wonderful to work with. We will definitely make sure to refer them as often as we can!

We just had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced on our house. The timeline for the installation was right on target and they communicated well during the whole process. Our house is made of block and to say the installation was difficult, is an understatement. Jason and John showed up on-time every day, communicated very well, and we’re so understanding with requesting them to move to different areas so our dogs could be let outside. The quality of the work was above my expectations. To meet such respectful, hard-working, and detail-oriented men was refreshing. THANK YOU Jason and John. You two are a great team and I highly recommend this company and these men.

We had Northwest put new windows in our house in Alameda. We selected them because they had done work for us previously and the quality of the product and their service was outstanding. We were not disappointed. The windows are beautiful and the installation team did a tremendous job. We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with the company.

After consulting with numerous companies, we decided to complete our whole home window project with Northwest Exteriors. From start to finish, we have never questioned our decision. Our sales representative, Mike M, is amazing. He is knowledgeable, punctual, thorough and responsive. All of our questions/concerns were addressed immediately and appropriately. Our installation team was equally impressive with their professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. Finally, the follow up after project completion has been great. Finally, NW uses quality products that come with a super warranty as well. We just had our dual front doors installed by Northwest Exteriors two weeks ago and we love it! They gave us a much more reasonable price than anyone else also.

Our salesperson was Troy and he went out of his way to find us a dual door that we loved even though our size was a bit unusual!

Jeff and Colby did a wonderful job installing the doors! Everything fit beautifully. No more air coming in from outside, no more creaking, etc!
