I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors (I’m an architect) and it is typically very difficult to find quality professionals for small home projects. The Window and Door Store not only had the best pricing but they also had the best service. We got 3 quotes for the same product and this was the only company that could provide us with soup to nuts service. We had an 8’x 8’ sliding door from Western installed at our home and it arrived right on time. Scheduling the install was easy and installers showed up on time as well. We ran into a scheduling snafu with the stucco and drywall repair crew but TWDS was on top of communicating with us and got it resolved without too much issue. Austin was very cordial and made sure the door was working perfectly. We appreciate the professionalism and will recommend!

I did a lot of research on windows prior to purchase. The Window And Door Store exceeded my expectations. My salesman Brian Braboy was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The installers arrived on time, completed the job timely and cleaned up the area, which included washing the windows. Finally, I give a rating of superb with five plus stars ⭐️ and recommend this company highly.

We recently decided to purchase a triple panel sliding door as well as two other entry doors and windows from The Window and Door store. So far the slider has been installed and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a beautiful door, great quality and installed flawlessly. Dealing with the staff has been a great experience and their pricing has been very competitive.

I had an excellent experience with The Window Door Store, end-to-end from sales to installation to follow-up afterward.

I happened upon them at a booth inside LVAC and asked if they service Pahrump. (I couldn’t get anyone in Pahrump to show up for an estimate for only one window – but one window in the primary bedroom of our home out there was blown out by extreme winds.) They said yes!

They were very prompt in scheduling/measuring/providing an estimate. The window was ordered with the expectation it’d take 30-45 days and they’d reach out to schedule installation once it arrived.

Communication/scheduling was on point.

They showed up when they said they would.

Installation was faster than expected and the two installers (I only got Austin’s name, sorry other guy!) were courteous and professional. They left everything in immaculate condition.

I couldn’t be happier and the quality of the window makes me want to overhaul the whole house.

Had three other installers tell me it could not be done. The corner sliders open the entire room up. The quality of the work and the clean up was very professional. The finished product came out better than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

They are awesome, from the beginning to give me an estimate then to install. I was informed the through the whole process. The windows are awesome, better than I could imagine. My house is cooler than before. You will not be disappointed.

We LOVE our new doors and windows. Our daughter burned her hand on the pane of our old front window and we knew we needed a change. It was an investment but we can’t imagine not having done it. Our energy bill was over $750 last summer, this summer we’ve coasted around the $300 mark – our AC is at 68° and there are NO DRAFTS in this home now. Before and after photos. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Centennial Hills and part of our intended items for our remodel was a 20′ sliding glass door and a patio door. We received bids from several local companies. The Window & Door Stores was not the lowest initially but when you added up everything they included it was very competitive. Now that it’s done it was well worth the price. Eric and his team were on time and absolute perfectionists.

When they left the job site daily it was immaculate. We love our doors and the quality of work performed. We highly recommend them for anything window or door related.

We checked with several window companies including Renewal by Andersen. We immediately realized the difference with Window & Door Store. There were no high pressure sales, no preliminary estimates or the shell game – playing with offers and percentages on a fancy IPAD APP. Window & Door Store representative didn’t have to tell us he was giving up a portion of his commission to entice us to sign a very expensive contract as another company rep did. Brian with Window & Door Store arrived promptly, took measurements and gave us a quote. He explained the products thoroughly and answered our questions. The quote was more than a third less than Renewal by Andersen’s quote. Tim came back and completed the final measurements and the quote did not change. They were 100% accurate on the estimated install date. Again, the installers showed up promptly and installed our beautiful new patio door and kitchen picture window. We have already decided to use Window & Door Store for more windows!

I’ve had a lot of windows and door replacement work done over the years, but I have to say when I hired The Window and Door Store Eric immediately showed me how to do the job right and for an excellent price. From the quality of the doors themselves to the quality of the work that went into installation, floor protection and cleanup. Luis and the entire install team did a great job installing twenty one new custom built doors with chrome hardware. I am beyond satisfied and would hire them again, and recommend them as a fantastic business. To everyone at the window and door store thank you for the excellent product and service. My slider and a window were damaged during a burglary. I received estimates from three companies, and chose The Window and Door Store in Las Vegas. Their estimate was the middle price, but their product seemed superior to the least costly, and equal in quality to the most costly. I am so glad i chose this company that i am having two more windows replaced. The interior and exterior framing is very good looking, but not so wide as to make the windows smaller. The glass blocks heat and sound. The barking dog next door sounds very far away. The replaced windows and door are on the south side, and block the sun’s heat. The windows block the heat but do not darken the view. The gentlemen who did the estimate, install, and final measurement were friendly, professional and were super accommodating. There was no dust or debris left inside or outside. This is a wonderful company. We are lucky to have them here in Las Vegas.

Fantastic windows! The company was true to its word and installed 15 windows and 5 sliders in 2 days. The workers were polite, friendly, and respectful of our house. They cleaned everything up. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors and friends who are amazed at the quality of the windows.

So far so good! As this is a big investment/purchase, we really did our research when we decided to replace all the windows in our home. The brand Anlin kept coming up in our searches with amazing reviews. At the moment The Window and Door Store is the only seller of this brand here in Las Vegas. So far, we couldn’t be happier. Brian came to our home and bent over backwards to answer all of our questions/concerns. Any time we’ve needed to contact him, he answers right away or gets back to us promptly. These windows are pricey, but we feel Brian did everything in his power to help us get the windows we wanted at the most affordable price possible. Our windows are on order. We will update this review once they are installed.

Going with The Window and Door Store was one of the best decisions we ever made. We had a total of 5 companies come to the house with presentations prior to us choosing The Window and Door Store. They were at a medium price point (not the least/most expensive), however, their products and warranty were far superior to the other companies. We replaced 13 windows and 2 sliders. From start to finish, it was a smooth construction project.

Joe Tuttle was our design consultant. He presented many options and physically brought samples of all the products. Joe was personable and easy to work with, had great ideas, and had tons of knowledge and experience with window and door design.

Austin came out to take specific measurements of all the windows and doors and explained in detail how the project would be done. He was friendly, professional and thorough.

Ashley called to schedule our installation. She was friendly and professional, precise about scheduling and detailed as to how many days the job would take and how many crews were going to do the work.

The night before the scheduled start day, I received a text message, reminding me of the appointment, with an arrival time between 0700-0900 am. Also included in the text was the specific names of each crew member who would be on the job: Diego, Hector, Heriberto Sanchez, and Roberto Contreras.

At 0700 am the next morning, I received a call from Diego that the crews were on their way. They arrived at 0730 am, introduced themselves, walked the house with me, and then asked which side of the house I wanted them to start with (because it was a 2 day job). Diego, Hector, Heriberto, and Roberto were friendly, respectful, very careful to contain the dust from the job by hanging plastic and covering furniture, and cleaned up the work area during and after each day.

Austin, Patrick, and Joe came by during the installation, to check the project and touch base. Diego and Hector were always available and receptive to my questions and requests.

Since my house was burglarized, my French door was broken and need to be replaced. After getting several quotes, the Window and Door store had the best quality replacement and the best price. The salesman I dealt with Eric went above and beyond to help me navigate dealing with the insurance company and getting the correct paperwork to them. Every request I had was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough of how much help the salesman Eric provided. I would highly recommend the Window and Door store!

My experience dealing with Nevada Window & Door Store was great! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. After receiving an over priced estimate from another window company, I felt like I got a very fair price from Nevada Window & Door Store. The installers were prompt, arriving at exactly the time they said they would. They (installers) were friendly and very articulate with their work. The installation went flawlessly and the outcome was perfect.

We are extremely pleased with the 4-panel sliding door & replacement windows we purchased from the Window Door store. We are pleased with the excellent quality of the windows and they look great. But what really stood out is the customer service. Brian, our sales rep came right out after we called and gave us the bid while at our home. He did a great job of explaining our options, pricing & schedule. The sliding door and windows arrived on time, as promised, and were installed by their friendly and competent team. We had a tight schedule and they came through completing the entire job in 2 days. This is fast considering they accomplished demo, install, electrical, stucco & drywall.
