We had several different window installation companies come and give us quotes before we chose to use MWT Windows, including having one “national chain” company request to come back out a second time after they heard how much more expensive their quote was than MWT Window’s quote. This “national chain” company did not have the knowledge of what we needed as did Marcus Tompkins with MWT Windows, and we were absolutely thrilled by how quickly and professionally the installation crew was able to install 11 windows. We are totally pleased, and totally satisfied, not only with our new windows, but also, with the very knowledgeable, and professional individuals, from the owner, to the installers from MWT Windows! I could not recommend a better window company to anyone other than MWT Windows!

Just finished having all 30+ windows replaced in our home. The excellent crew plus great price from MWT made the process an easy choice. The great reviews were deserving as everyone was nice and explained the whole process. We were in good hands.

I did tons of research: spoke with several companies and received in-home quotes from my top 4. MWT didn’t rush or fake discount meaning I had to sign today to get the best rate. The windows had more glass than vinyl edges.

Absolute professionals. I had ten horrible old thin painted over windows replaced in my condo, some repair on some sills, and I had to get certain types of windows per my HOA… MWT was sincere and authentic in their enthusiasm for their work, they explained everything, answered my many questions about wood vs other material, and I liked them so much I didn’t even bother to get other quotes. They were the first and only people I called. I could tell they cared about what they did and the cost was completely reasonable. They installed beautiful double-paned wood windows, and screens, and always showed up on time as promised and did great work. They were so easy to schedule and work with, never drama or no-shows, just did everything they said they would do. The owner even showed up on one of the first appointments to get measurements; you can tell they care about their work and are organized. The whole company is just so reliable. I had to get another company to paint the outside of the windows and they painted them shut- I was crushed and Marc came back and ordered replacement jambliners, and had his own painters paint the remaining parts of the windows; they work perfect again and look amazing. Keep in mind I live in an old crooked building, the old windows were completely painted shut and hadn’t been opened in years, and I had shutters installed inside, and nothing phased these guys- they worked around the shutters and fixed all my torn up sills and everything. I live on a very busy street and these windows were game changers, it is so much quieter now, really improved my quality of life in this condo. These are guys to call.

The windows I bought in 2010 have been great…until 2023. One section came off while I was washing it. MWT Windows stood by their promise of lifetime warranty and promptly sent a tech to efficiently fix the problem. Unbelievable business ethics and a quality product.. Well done MWT!!

I live on a busy road and the noise reduction is incredible! As with everything these days, the windows had a longer lead time than usual but the team did a great job at updating me as the schedule progressed.

I needed to replace 15 windows in my 1920’s craftsman home. Many had huge gaps and rotting wood – making for expensive heating and cooling bills. I originally met Marc and Fernando as a part of a larger home improvement project. They were putting in my windows. When my original siding contractor disappeared, I contacted them to finish the job. I couldn’t be more pleased. They corrected all of the poor work from the previous contractor, and finished up, what turned out to be, a beautiful job! They completed siding, gutters and paint in addition to the windows. They listened to my concerns, were easy to get in contact with, and followed through in a timely manner.

Thank you to Trey Burdette and the rest of the team at MWT Windows. They did an outstanding job at my house. I had new windows installed and a slider door. The slider door was put in where there use to be windows. The modifications to put the slider in came out perfect. They also had the BEST price out of the quotes I received.

I had multiple quotes to replace 4 windows and a French door and I am so happy I chose MWT. The consultant Trey was friendly and knowledgeable, he didn’t try to push more than I wanted to have done. He advised from the beginning that it would take some time before they would be ready to install and the cost was reasonable compared with other window replacement companies. My installer Sam Valasquez was terrific. He arrived on time, spent all day and was able to put in 4 windows and a sliding door all in one day. Sam was friendly, got the work done, cleaned up everything and now we have beautiful windows!

I recently had 10 windows replaced by MWT Windows. I’m Extremely Happy with the entire process!! Marc is first class, handled the entire process very professionally. Had a couple of issues with the install ,no huge deal he addressed them for me immediately. One of the best customer services experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I went with MWT because of the fair, competitive quote and the seemingly satisfied clients. I’m definitely one of those happy Clients.

Marc is a no-nonsense salesman who offers a great product at a fair price. His team installed 13 windows in about 2 hours and left our house clean. One of our blinds was broken during installation and Marc promptly knocked $20 off the final bill. We have more windows to replace and will hire MWT again to do the work.

UPDATE Dec 2023: We called MWT Windows to install 9 additional windows. Sam started the job around 9am and was finished by 3:30pm. He replaced the blinds and curtain hardware and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with the our new windows with grids gracing the front of our house.

MWT Windows is the company to use! We got all 16 windows replaced in our home. We were told it would be 3 – 4 months timeframe for the windows to be manufactured. Ben Tompkins at the office kept up updated all along. We opted for black paneless windows with full screens. The quality is awesome! The price was competitive with those national companies who give you a high pressure sales pitch. The process was pleasant from start to finish. Totally changed the look of our home. Feels so upscale now. Call Marc today!

Our window replacement project began during the supply-chain disruptions, so it took longer than expected. Marc and his team kept us informed, and doggedly pursued the materials. On arrival, installation and painting were quick, painless, and remarkably effective for our 95-year-old home. When the proper screens didn’t arrive, Marc arranged replacements and installed them himself. The net result – a very satisfied customer who gladly recommends MWT for similar projects.

MWT Windows may not be the cheapest but they are the best. There was no high pressure to close the deal. Just straight forward information. Their install team replaced 7 custom made windows in under 3 hours. I thought it was going to take days. And with the exception of the windows, you’d never know the guys were even here. Courteous and respectful of our home and yard, the team was efficient and not only did a fantastic install, but they left nothing but the windows and a memory. I highly recommend them.
