Had Louisville Window replace a couple of windows this summer. We had just moved into the house. The previous owner had started replacing the original wood windows and had used Louisville Window for the others. They did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced and completed the job quickly. Best of all the crew doing the installation was a great group of guys. I’ll definitely use them again when the time comes and I hope the same crew is still around. Thanks Louisville Window!

The installation crew was very professional and went the extra mile to do a fantastic job when installing my sunroom windows. They were courteous and friendly. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the attention to details.

LWC was the only company I found that would install trim around my pre-existing windows. They got me on the schedule a week earlier than expected and did a great job. I found one issue and they were able to double back and take care of it literally inside of an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them for future work.

Gosh, where do I begin? This company is absolutely amazing. When I bought my home a few months ago, the home inspection showed that all the windows needed replacement. Thus, I started my journey of multiple quotes. Matt came out to the house and looked at all the windows to generate a quote. He spoke to me about the importance of buying windows rated for your region and the general difference between different types. The next day he and Micah were at my house again to do the measurement. They both were so helpful and informative. I even had a last minute slew of questions that Matt happily and patiently answered for me.

When the windows arrived a few months later, they reached out immediately to schedule and gave me a primer on how things would go on the day of install. Everything went per plan and looked better than I could have even imagined. I am so grateful to this team!

Long story short, go with Louisville Window Company – their price, communication, and workmanship simply cannot be beat. And, before I forget, their warranty!!! I am so happy to have found them! My house is happy too! (I mean c’mon, it’s basically smiling in the pictures!)

We had several companies come out to quote replacing 17 windows and a sliding glass door. Louisville Window company had the best price for high quality products. We also loved that they are local, family owned/ operated! We ordered and windows were installed a month later. Jared, Matt & their team were on top of everything. They walked us through the whole process, worked around us and our family. They were professional, friendly and on top of everything. I couldn’t even tell they were here, they cleaned up everything and made it better, cleaner than when they arrived. They said at the beginning, new windows would change your life- we thought they were exaggerating but the new windows made all the difference. Custom work and the craftsmanship show.

Super happy with Louisville window company. We had several quotes and they were the only company who felt honest and were not pushy on sales. We described what we wanted and they put together a contract quickly outlining our wishes! Everyone is very friendly. I had a couple of questions about different styles/looks and called the office a few times and Lisa was super helpful helping me find the answers.

We chose Louisville Window because of the Consumer Reports rating for the window they sell. Top rated! No one else had them, and for the same prices, who wants a cheaper product.

Then came the awesome experience:

*Windows came in a couple of weeks early.

*guys came early and worked hard,

*they asked to fix items around the wood trim that needed help because they wanted us to love the finished product. (and repainted some rough looking sills)

They took care to do their best work and treated our home with respect.

Since our home is a Stratton Hammond, we wanted the feel our 84yr home had with wood windows; without having to cover each window with sheers and curtains due to drafts. Matt was patient with me as I tried to reclaim the exact look we wanted.

BTW, Jarrod and Micah take their coffee with cream and sugar????

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. If you want things done right, on time and with HIGH quality then there isn’t a better company out there to use. They’re super competitive with pricing as well. Absolutely amazing individuals to work with. Don’t bother going or looking anywhere else because these are the guys you should use.

I am satisfied with Louisville Window Company’s service, products (Provia), and overall performance. During the quotation period, the salesman responded promptly with sufficient information, and the installation staff came punctually and completed the work on schedule. They repaired minor defects with the windows. Most importantly, after installing the windows, I noticed a significant reduction in my monthly electricity bill, which now stays under $100.

I just had my windows and 2 entry doors replaced by the team with Louisville Window Co. I’ve been putting this project off for a few years as it is a big and expensive job. This team was so easy to work with from beginning to end. Matt and Lisa handled my scheduling and financing options while patiently addressing every question and concern from initial estimate to project completion. While other companies tended to be a little pushy, I never got that vibe from LWC. I also love that this is a locally owned and operated business. We even needed a wrap around our front and back door (which had been previously installed by another company) and they did this for us at no charge.
