KobyCo Door & Window

We had our old storm windows that is all that was installed in our 3 season room replaced with actual windows. We now have a room we can actually use and the windows no longer leak when it storms. The installers were so professional and took time to answer any questions we had. When they were done, they made sure everything was cleaned up. There was nothing we needed to do. We were so happy with the entire process from ordering the windows with the salesman thru the installation, we just ordered a new door for the 3 season room to insulate it even more. Our plan is to have all the windows in the house replaced next year and Kobyco will be who we call.

Everyone was very friendly. Installation was fast and tidy!

I had a backdoor to the garage installed along with a new storm/screen door installed at my front door. I love my doors and the installer did a great job!!!!

I’ve used Kobyco on several occasions and have been pleased with the quality of their work and service. Roy Levine and the installers are great. I highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with the install of my new patio door. Eric and Craig did a great job. Paid attention to detail. Couldn’t be happier!

Very satisfied with Kobyco, from the sales though the final installation and clean up ! The total staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable with their products!

Thanks again to the company’s local crew !

We had all of our windows replaced just a couple days ago with ProVia windows. They are excellent windows. But the entire experience was excellent. Starting with Mike, who sold us the windows, he offered the best price, was very knowledgable, and very importantly to me, he did not push the sale. Further, there was a question about a half moon window and Mike had an expert come out to determine how to proceed. He was extremely knowledgable and determined a method to keep costs down. But, sorry Mike, the installers overshadowed you. Their names are JAY, ROB, and CECIL. They were extremely professional and treated our installation as if it was their own. They did an absolutely wonderful job and did everything they could to keep the mess of replacing windows to a minimum. Their work ethic and quality was fantastic. Now, everything I have said could describe several other window installers. What sets apart the average installer from the great installer is how they handle things when they go wrong. If you work with your hands, you know things go wrong. What matters is correcting the problem. A problem came up when I realized that the window shade was going to interfere with the screen removal. Some installers would not correct the problem, other installers would have to get approval from someone, BUT these fantastic installers understood the problem, determined what was needed, and corrected it. The correction was significant, but they did it. No shortcuts, no easy way out. Additional material was needed, and Mike provided that at no cost.

So, in closing, my wife and I would highly recommend KobyCo Windows and Doors and their FANTASTIC INSTALLERS!

I highly recommend kobyco replacement windows. The salesman and installers were very friendly and professional. The windows are attractive and energy efficient. KobyCo also has competitive pricing.

We have used KobyCo for several home projects. Each time they have been fantastic to work with. They are professional, efficient, have quality products and perform quality service. Thank you to everyone who brought our last project to completion! We always speak highly of you to friends and family.

When I first started looking for replacement windows, I asked many people for recommendations. Overwhelmingly, Kobyco came up in almost every conversation. I could not be more pleased with how my new windows look and how smooth the installation was. The Kobyco crew was efficient, on time, polite and just overall a pleasure to work with. The whole process was much easier than I thought it would be thanks to the expertise of the Kobyco team!

I want to share our experience with having our windows replaced by Kobyco, Doors and Windows of Loves Park, IL.

We had a very pleasant interaction with, Mike Martin, their sales representative. He took time to visit us in our home, as well as time in the Kobyco showroom, to present and explain the benefits of their products and services. We are very pleased with the options shared with us.

The installation crew was very efficient and pleasant as well. They installed all our houses windows in a day and a half. They were very conscientious with protecting our home, and did a decent job of cleaning up after themselves.

I will wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good product and service.

Kobyco recently installed 5 windows in our house. The installers were meticulous in their work, very friendly, and cleaned up the areas where the windows were installed. The windows look great. We’ve had Kobyco install 5 other windows in our house with the same great results. We will continue to go back for other projects.

Just had a patio door/slider installed. Replaced an old name brand. Door arrived early and they were able to do the install early as well. The installers took the time to cover things and keep the house clean during the install. Everyone was very helpful. They do not farm out installation. It is done by their own people so they know the product. We’re happy with experience and would recommend them.

Another great experience using Kobyco! They did our windows a number of years back so we saw no reason not to reach out when we needed a new patio door. Beautiful door, fair price for the high quality that they offer, and excellent installation!

Roy was excellent to work with! He was extremely professional during the estimate and able to use his extensive years of experience in window installation to provide an accurate assessment of what would work for our home’s needs. He balanced what we wanted for our large living room window with what would actually work based on our home’s exterior. We received an estimate from another company right before Roy’s visit and the other company only tried to upsell us. The fact that Roy was considerate of what would work for the home said everything about Roy and Kobyco as a whole! I trusted the quality of what we would be getting based on our interactions with Roy and when it was time for installation we weren’t disappointed! The installation crew worked quickly and with great care, making sure that there was very little mess inside or outside of the installation area and cleaning up anything after. It was as if the window had been there all along! Overall, we are extremely happy with Kobyco and highly recommend anyone looking for windows to go nowhere else.

Best place for windows in town.

Very professional. Experienced staff. Competitive pricing.

Have all our windows and patio slider replace and couldn’t be happier. Great products, good prices, and wonderful customer service.

If you want quality instead of cheap for a patio awning. This is the place! From sales to ownership we had a smile throughout the deal.

Roy was very informative and provided us with lots of education on windows which we really appreciated. Kobyco offers a very sound product and we would recommend them!

I highly recommend kobyco their sales people and staff I would give ten Stars

Awesome service, incredible products! The windows are magnificent! The guys were great, the salesman was great. It was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Excellent workmanship on my new windows and storm door….a perfect match. One very nice surprise was a big drop in my heating and air conditioning bills. I expected improvements,.But a better than 20% drop in my gas and electric bills was MUCH BETTER than I expected. THANK YOU KOBYCO!

Good experience with all new windows and patio door from Kobyco last fall. Had other estimates, but better price and reviews we saw for Kobyco swayed us to try, and glad we did. Very satisfied.

The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. The staff are not pushy for the sale and give you plenty of time to make a decision on their products. Did a great job on our new windows for our home. The workers were very kind to come on the weekend and were very professional.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Kobyco. I had them do my home 10 years ago and I was very satisfied. They just completed another project for me and I couldn’t be happier. The installers are very professional and courteous, especially Bill and his crew. A locally owned company with longtime experienced crews means you get quality.

Had all my windows, front door and patio door replaced. I am extremely happy with the whole process and quality of the product. The salesman was very informative giving me different options. After purchasing, everything came in within 1 week of the estimate, even during these difficult times. I can’t say enough about the two men that did the Installation. They were great, hard working and difinatly were experienced in what they do. Very friendly too. I would highly recommend this company.
