Saw there YouTube videos. Got a quote and signed it. They seemed good, made me comfortable and explained their products and service. Will update when I get them installed.
Update windows installed, they look great.
Installation crew was amazing, did a great job. Everything they promised a little extra repair to help it look clean because my dog chewed of a window sill.
Amazing experience end to end, front to back.
It was great doing business with this company will absolutely recommend them.

We just completed the first phase of our remodel. As with any construction there are always unexpected challenges. What makes Houston Window Experts stand out above any other company I have dealt with is the culture of integrity and customer service that Jeff has instilled. They were with us every step of the way as we navigated challenges and came up with solutions.
From the first time we met Calvin we realized he was not interested in selling us anything. What he was interested in was making our vision come true and making sure we will be happy. He took a lot of time answering the endless number of questions we would come up with. He helped find solutions to every challenge we encountered.
Brian was invaluable in our renovation. He made sure that every detail was taken care of. His experience and knowledge meant that our home was left structurally stronger and better than when we started.
The folks at Houston Window Experts are hands down the best people I have ever met. They are professional, kind, and caring. They take a genuine interest in your project and pride themselves in making you happy.

Jeff and his staff at Houston Window Experts were all top notch and reliable doing our entire home with new windows. They gave us great advise regarding selection options, provided fair pricing, had great customer service and install, and great follow up until the job was complete. In summary, my Wife wanted new windows. I called Jeff. My Wife got her new windows, and best yet I had no headaches. The rest is history: Happy Wife = Happy Life! We had great smooth sales and installation with Houston Window Experts. Patty Bass was our sales person. She did an awesome job explaining the windows and the process prior to installation. She made it happen.
They have a complete process transitioning from your old windows to the new windows.
Today’s install went smooth. It was a one day install for our 2 story home. They deployed a complete team to make this happen.
They laid down floor protectors and placed plastic over other household items. Steps were draped to protect the carpet. They did an awesome job with care prior to install. Cleanup was great. They tripled checked that all glass metals and screws were picked up and not left behind. Again awesome process.
The foreman we dealt with was Milton. He did great. Clear communication making things known to us during the install. He also made suggestions on certain windows to make sure we were happy.
Highly recommended Houston Window Experts. The price was great. The product is great. Most important they are a local Houston business to support. We will refer if someone is searching for windows.

I had three or four others give me a quote and I found that the guys from Houston Window Experts had a very knowledgeable estimator, great prices and the experienced crews to do the work. I researched them online and found many websites touting the quality of the work and how well the company met their expectations. I assumed they would cost more than the other bidders because of their reputation and experience. They were higher than two of my bids and lower than the other two. I am so glad I chose them because they came to the job on time everyday, did great work, cleaned up every night and finished ahead of schedule. I will certainly be calling them for any future projects around my home.
