Granbury Door and Window replaced 6 casement windows with single hung windows in the Potting Shed (a metal building) at the Lake Granbury Master Gardeners Demonstration Garden this week.

The process from estimate to installation went very smoothly. They provided an estimate within two days of my request. Their proposal saved us several hundreds of dollars since they utilized our existing window frames. Installation was done in the time frame quoted; the site was cleaned of all debris. And all windows were cleaned, even those not being replaced!

Technicians Dillon, Jacob, Johnny, Pima, Richard and Christina were a pleasure to work with and answered all concerns and questions I had. The entire job was done in less than four hours. I highly recommend using their services.

Efficient, courteous, & professional. Did exactly what they said they would do from the estimate, to the downpayment (which starts the order process), to the time frame, plus installation.

From start to finish the experience was streamlined. The order for windows came in as expected, and the installation was soon after that. The men even brought a handheld vacuum cleaner to take care of debris and dust.

Richard and Kevin came and replaced a bedroom window. They were quick and efficient. Communication was great and would recommend them again.

I contacted Granbury Door & Window to replace 12 window screens and 2 Sliding screens for my older home. They came out to measure and installed a few weeks later. There was an issue with the 12 window screen sizes, and they kindly came out to re-measure and made all new replacement screens which now fit perfectly. All the guys that came out to measure and to install were professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for an honest and fair company to work with.

Kevin & Justin did a great job in replacing our broken windows. They were very kind and answered all my questions. And office personnel were also very helpful in answering my questions and ordering the glass windows I needed. I appreciated the fact they sent out a technician ( Danny ) to double check my window dimensions before ordering. I would definitely use their services again.

I contacted Granbury Door and Window about purchasing and having a new front door installed on our 34 year old home along with replacing the slatted glass that was in our back door. Danny the Salesman arrived promptly at the appointment time and took the measurements. Danny was very professional and answered all of my questions. He stated that there were so many options available that he left me with a beautiful book of door and glass options. I took my time and I made my choices and in a matter of days the door was ordered. Delivery took about 6 weeks. Installation day arrived and Johnny and Kevin also arrived at the appointed time! They were skilled professionals that made the installation go seamlessly. They also replaced the glass in the back door, which is in the laundry room and it completely transformed that space. I could not be more pleased. Both are stunning! It completely updates the front entrance to my home.

I dealt with many personnel of Granbury Door and Window- from the wonderful office lady who was so accommodating and followed up as she said she would to Sales and Installation, all were personable and professional!! 5 stars to a Granbury business that took the best care of their customer. Thank You!!

Granbury Door & Window recently installed a new panel of “rain glass” in a bathroom for me. The old glass was damaged by water intrusion through a bad seal, and it looked terrible. The new glass was a bit spendy, but it looks awesome. Justin and Billy did the install and they did a great job. They were on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Granbury Door & Window!
