ED&W replaced an Andersen bedroom casement window set, a french door leading to our back porch with a ProVia sliding door and replaced a storm door with a Larson Full View, retractable storm door. ED&W’s in-house staff (Bryan and Mike) patiently worked with us to find the right solutions that also passed the PH city standards. Their installation crew was very professional and efficient doing a terrific job with which we are pleased. Thanks to all at ED&W.

My experience with Evergreen Doors and Windows has been Fantastic. I used them in 2023 for doors to my home and garage and they look great.

I had them install a front storm door recently, again, excellent work.

The sales people have the knowledge and experience to work with you and suggest type, color, and hardware, if needed.

Installers are detail people and will make sure customer is satisfied. Highly recommended !

I had (2) storm doors installed by Evergreen Door & Window, and I couldn’t be more happy with the doors. They first told me it would be about 12 week wait time to have more doors made, but I received a call in about a month to have them installed! Installation went very well, and the doors came out flawlessly. They even repaired a part of my door that was not related to the storm door installation just so it could look nice and presentable. Highly recommend these guys for your door needs.

I ordered 3 doors – 1 security, I screen storm and 1 entry door. Sylvester and his helper did a great job of installing the doors, new casings and some trim. Doors look great! Very satisfied!

We had used Evergreen for our front and side doors and storm doors, everything went great and looked great as well. We used them for an awning over the side door, couldn’t have gone smoother. James Lux was our rep and was very helpful on both projects.

I can’t say enough good things about Evergreen. They have done two separate projects at my house. In both cases, they had great products. The customer service is top notch – they stand behind their products, communicate well, and follow up on their promises. Highly recommended.

Windows were in and installed within the time frame quoted. Installation was seamless and professional. Very clean job. We were warned that drywall may crack due to the pounding luckily we did not have this issue. Some of the Windows have a manufacturer defect and Evergreen is in the process of having new sashes shipped and installed

Having Evergreen install our windows and door has been a dream for a long time that finally came true a few weeks ago. We needed to have several windows replaced that were rather old and drafty, and trusted Evergreen to live up to their longtime, stellar reputation. The customer service was impeccable and relaxing, which is needed when making a long-term investment. The wait time for custom items was as determined, and they arrived before fall which was the intended goal. The crew(s) showed up on time, were polite, upbeat and enjoyable to be around. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up behind themselves, (a HUGE plus because some companies do not), and informative. The largest personal advantage to the new windows would be the silence. We live sandwiched within several active rail lines. (everyone’s entitled to some poor life choices. This one’s mine). Right after the crews left, an express Metra was scheduled to pass. I looked out the new window and I saw it, but didn’t hear it. Didn’t hear the afternoon or evening one, or the overnight freight. I actually have to either open up the window, or the door to hear what’s going on outside. THAT perk alone has us excited about replacing the remaining windows and doors come spring. Hands down, one of the best home improvement experiences I’ve had in over 20 years.

Evergreen did an excellent job from start to finish replacing my front entry door, storm door and front windows. I told him what I was looking for and he knew right away what I wanted. As a family owned business, they treated us like one of their own. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Bob the owner and the rest of the staff made sure we were happy every step of the way. I highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again!

The salesman, Tony, didn’t show up for my appointment this morning. After waiting for about 30 mins., I texted Tony to ask if he was still coming. He had texted me yesterday to confirm the appointment, which I replied yes to, so I had his cell no. Again … No reply. I then called Evergreen and explained the situation. The person who answered the phone said someone would call me back right away with the status of my appointment. No one did. Thirty minutes later, I called again and was transferred to Mike, who told me he called the sales rep, who wasn’t feeling well today, and who claimed that he’d texted and called me, but I didn’t answer and that he left a message. Not the case … The rep made no contact with me. My phone and email were working just fine. If he had actually called, it would have been recorded by my cell phone. They don’t seem to be interested in my business if they can’t even follow up when someone has an appointment. All in all, a big disappointment.
