Loved it! Black Ladder really cares about doing a great job. Also they cleaned up when they were done! Something I don’t think any contractor has done. They were on time on budget and did a great job. We are having them back again for more work

Adam at Black Ladder was a pleasure to work with. (Which isn’t always the case when doing major house projects.) Communication was great and our roof was done in a timely manner. After our house sustained hail damage, Black Ladder contacted us to file an insurance claim. I have never gone through a process like that. Black Ladder handled basically the entire process with my insurance company. They were very friendly to work with and now the outside of my house looks amazing (with my insurance’;s matching coverage, Black Ladder was able to negotiate me essentially an entire exterior remodel)!
