The customer service and installation at Bee Windows was excellent. We replaced all the windows in our home and the installation team were very professional. They were skilled in removing the old windows and installing the new windows.

Overall a great experience and will be a returning customer. There was no pressure to buy the best, instead Micah our sales rep worked with us to get the best for our budget. Brian the installer was very courteous and professional, and even took the time afterwards to us how the windows operated and how to make it easier to clean them. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for new windows

We had 6 new windows installed yesterday. They look so nice that I can’t stop looking at them! The gentlemen that installed them were professional, polite and cleaned all the mess. They arrived at the scheduled time.

I had a good install experiance with the two gentleman, Tyler and I wished I could remember the other gentleman’s name, that came out to install and constructed an opening to place a sliding patio door, I even asked if they would save my storm door and place in the garage for me and they were more then willing too. The first gentleman walked me thru what to expect and covered up my items with plastic to protect the dust from the cutting they had to do to make the opening larger. Once complete they cleaned up all their mess inside and out. I had the drywall finisher , Neal ,come and he did a good job as well and let me know when he was finished what I needed to do before painting took place. Also the ladies in the office kept me informed Christina and Lexi.

Our lead installer, Matt Stewart, and his helper, Tanner, did a fantastic job installing 9 windows for me this week. They were very courteous and professional, and surprised me with how quickly they removed the old windows and had the new windows installed. I would definitely recommend Matt as an installer.

Brian created a planter shelf on the exterior of our home as a solution to the removal of the bow window. He even brought our trash can up the driveway since I had a baby in my arms!

Happy customer. Easy process. No snags. Salesman was informative and not pushy. During the manufacturing stage I received a weekly email keeping me up-to-date with my order, which I received in record time. Installers showed up early (big plus) and did a brilliant job. They were fast, efficient, tidy and worked together as a team. They showed pride in workmanship. The fact that my salesman showed up on the day of the installation, to see if things were going okay, was a big plus.

We highly recommend Bee Window for your window installations. We had 5 bedroom windows replaced and 2 bow windows replaced all of which were over 40 years old. We weren’t expecting any issues with the bedroom windows and there were none – they look beautiful! However, our bow windows, installed in the ’80s had NOT been professionally installed, so we were expecting there could be some issues.

Our technicians Matt Lang and Donald Hodson were absolute pros at their jobs and when the unexpected happened with the bow windows, they analyzed the problems and worked with the Installation Manager, Mark Mitchell, to come up with solutions for beautiful and secure window installations.

We are so impressed with the professionalism of this install team not only for the quality of their work but also their work ethic. This Bee Window team has certainly exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service from Bee Window Inc. from start to finish. I called them on a Friday, got an appointment for the next day with Jeff Sauter Sales Manager. He spent quality time with me in choosing the windows I needed to replace. I went with Marvin casting windows, great quality window. A few days later another rep came out to re-measure windows, which impressed upon me their desire to do an excellent job. Within a month the windows were installed by an talented installer Matt Stewart who did a professional job, and did a great job in cleaning up after the job was complete. Then a few hours later received another call from a customer care rep from Bee window making sure I was satisfied with the work performed. This is a company who cares about their customers. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, accuracy, timing, quality work and product, and their extreme care for their customers.

Two installers arrived on-time and were courteous and professional. They did a fine job installing our windows and cleaned up everything afterwards. The result is excellent and we’re very satisfied with our experience.

We had Bee windows out to install a new sliding glass door and some infinity windows. We were extremely happy with Tyler and Ryan. They both did a phenomenal job on the installation!

Wonderful people to work with and all appeared to love their company. Friendly and fast! We had 14 long direct set windows, 5 crank casements installed that framed out to match our wood almost exactly! We also had 9 sliders installed making our three season room my new “she-cave”. We have already started seeing a difference in our cooling bill. The one ‘snag’ was corrected with very little delay. No mess!!! Hint: Get the bronze wrap, it’s very nice and gave our 60’s home a face lift!!
