Zen Windows did a good job installing our windows. It has been 5 years since install and the windows still look and work great. Give Brad and the Zen Windows team a chance, I think you’ll be as happy as I am!

I had Zen Windows do a window replacement for me. We had the original windows that came with the house replaced. The new ones look and function much better that the original windows. I would gladly use Zen Windows again.

We used Brad for our window replacement and everything was great- very easy, very straightforward. It’s been over a year since we got our new windows and we have had no problems whatsoever.

In final preparations for the five window replacements, Brad made a suggestion for four windows re sizes of panels which I immediately accepted as I was about to suggest it myself. This was to have the center panel of the window being much larger and the two side panels smaller. This provides a larger, uninterrupted view which my wife especially likes on the bedroom window. We are one of very few in this large condo complex who have this arrangement. Installation went smoothly with Brad everywhere making sure all was done well.

The product has held up well. Yesterday we had them out to fix one window that would not stay open and they repaired it, no charge and lifetime warranty.

We recently underwent window replacement by Zen Windows. They did a great job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. We had our old single pane windows replaced with Lotus double hung double pane Windows with solar low E glass. We love them. A lot less noise from the outside. Much lower electricity bills.

Brad’s team did a window replacement on most of the windows in our house. They did fantastic work, especially with all of the aluminum flashing that had to be formed. They were very methodical with air sealing using expanding foam, and with getting everything caulked in correctly. If I ever need windows again, I will be using Zen Windows.

As a retired engineer and former building contractor, I did an extensive review of window products for the window replacement at a previous condominium that we had owned at the time. The Zen windows were given very high ratings by a number of reliable sources. We considered several other top quality window products but found that the Zen windows were a much better buy. The windows were delivered on time, and the installation went smoothly.

A few years ago, when we needed to replace the windows at our second condominium, we again used Brad and he performed again as expected.

We now have a home in Florida, and I just wish Brad and Zen windows were available here.

Had Zen replace 14 windows on our home. Was very pleased with the look and price of the installation. House is much better sealed now and windows are easy to clean with their tilt in feature. One concern we had was the fitting of a “doggy door” into our new kitchen window. Juan, his chief installer, worked with us until he got it right. This was an important detail for us and was done willingly and without additional charge. The new windows match our exterior in color and design. We love that Juan made sure all the windows were spotless and minor touch-ups of tiny shipping scratches were accomplished before they left. Three years ago I did extensive research looking for a company to replace five windows in our house. We eventually set up a meeting with Brad, the owner of Zen Windows who explained the advantages and disadvantages of the many options we had. Brad is very congenial and in no way placed any pressure on us, but rather encouraged us to check with other sellers.

Eventually we decided to have Brad put in five new windows and after three years we were more than pleased with all aspects of our purchase.

The best recommendation I can give for Zen Windows is to tell you that we have just this week bought 20 more windows that today Brad and his crew completed installing… which is to say that every window in our house plus a couple of doors are from Zen Windows.
