We had 12 Marvin replacement windows installed and our experience with Southwest Exteriors was outstanding from start to finish! They helped us expedite our HOA approval process by electronically providing us sample pictures, brochures, and other helpful information. This company values communication as they kept us in the loop during the entire process and readily answered any of our questions. The installers, Jake and David were the utmost professionals and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They really know their stuff, they finished on-time and left the place immaculate!. Highly recommend Southwest Exteriors, call them first, you won’t be disappointed.

Had an excellent experience with Southwest Exteriors. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive of the companies we contacted for our window and patio door installation. We were impressed with everyone we spoke to or came in contact with. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us various options for our patio door to which we were not aware of. The office staff kept us informed of the scheduled delivery of the windows and sliding door and contacted us when they were ready to schedule the install which was left to us to decide based on our own schedule. The lead time for delivery was for late July to early August so to have them installed sooner was a major good surprise. The team work of the installers and finish team members was exceptional. They were all very experienced and it showed in the quality of their work and the speed that it took to demo and install. The windows were installed in both vinyl siding and brick. The sliding door was installed in vinyl siding in a wood frame. The widows are from Andvil, manufactured in California, and are vinyl frames with tinted windows. The difference in the temperature of our home is much cooler than the original windows. I highly recommend Southwest Exteriors.

We moved into our new home and had several contractors in to address various issues. Southwest exteriors were the only crew who honestly who didn’t drive me crazy. They were courteous, polite and mindful of us being in the house with small kids while they worked, including making accommodations for nap schedules. They were on time, cleaned up after they were done, and worked diligently without complaint. It was so refreshing. The work looked great, and has an excellent warranty. Couldn’t be happier. What a great company! I had been putting off the remodel for years, after seeing the dreadful work done by companies on TV shows. But when my sister showed me the work done at her house by Southwest Exteriors, I was very impressed. The salesman arrived on time, completely prepared and knowledgeable. Brought samples and demonstrations and answered every question completely. No high pressure selling, just clear and concise facts. The waiting time was actually several weeks less than the estimate, and the company kept me informed every step of the way about what was happening and when. The installers were extremely professional, and cleaned up as they went. When they were finished you would never guessed that a complete remodel had just taken place. The windows and doors themselves are perfect and beautifully installed. They look like they have always been there. The final step was the paint trim touchups, and that was done the next day, perfectly. All warranty information was explained in detail, and I have no doubt at all that if anything at all happens, Southwest Exteriors will make it good. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Southwest Exteriors did an exceptional job replacing our sliding doors! Customer service was phenomenal! The team that came out was very friendly & efficient. We thought it would take a couple of days, but they got it done in one! We Love them! Truly appreciate the great service & job well done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by kind, professional, knowledgeable staff. All of our questions were answered like they genuinely cared about us as people and not just customers that might give them money. The level of attention to detail was amazing. We worked with Jim to answer some of our more technical questions before the purchase. He made sure he was explaining things well and that we were satisfied with the information. We were, indeed, satisfied and decided to purchase these beautiful Marvin windows for our small “bump-out” addition to our log cabin. On the day of the installation, we had the pleasure of working with Jake and his partner. Again, they took the time to make sure we knew what was going on and that we were happy at every stage. During the installation, we noticed one window that was just a little higher than the rest. The fault was in the framing (my fault), but Jake removed the window, adjusted the framing, and re-installed the window to be sure this beautiful row of windows would all be in line. We couldn’t be happier. I’m quite certain we have the cutest little room add-on to a log cabin in Texas!
