New Beginnings Window & Door

We replaced our basement windows and are super happy with the care and workmanship of everyone we interacted with at New Beginnings. The quality of our windows and the installation is top notch – the workers were friendly and polite and left our basement cleaner than they found it! The communications from the company were also great. It was very easy to schedule the initial visit, measuring, ordering and installation of our windows. We are looking forward to replacing our front door next with New Beginnings and are confident we have found a quality company to trust with the improvements to our home.

A great family-run company. Had two sliding doors put in. On the initial meeting they were extremely informative and not pushy in the least bit like Renewal by Anderson, which I had come in a week prior (Renewal was also more than double the price for less quality). New Beginnings communicated with me on the progress of my order over the course of two months, then they installed the doors with a really well-qualified and talented installer. Will definitely call them for every phase of my project to update more windows and doors.

We replaced our front door and a sunroom storm door with New Beginnings. It was The best decision ever. The estimate process was low pressure and honest. Everything went smoothly. The installation was done in a day. They left the house cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend New Beginnings.

I have had the most amazing experience, working with the team at New Beginnings. Since late last year, Chris has guided us through the window and door aspect of our renovation. He is readily available and so helpful whenever we reach out. Chantel is wonderful to work with, as well, always with a smile. We will be going into phase 2 of our project in 2024 and will definitely be so happy to work with them again!

New beginnings installed our new front door. The quality is excellent. Chris and the installers were attentive to all our needs and did an excellent job. Our new door and screen door are 100 times better than the door that we replaced. We’re looking forward to working with them again after our back deck is completed to have them install a new sliding door.

Within a couple of weeks seeing the New Beginnings- table and a short conversation with Chris at the Home Show @ Gold’s Gym on 4/16, we had an agreed plan and clear estimates. The detailed project discussions at our house with Chris (New Beginnings-) and Nick (S.B.-) gave us full confidence.

Our experience with New Beginnings was wonderful from start to end. They were honest, heard our needs, and quoted us a fair price. The install team was super friendly and finished early. We have a couple of other windows and a door we’ll definitely need to replace in the future and plan to call them again. It feels great to support a local business that does excellent work!

The crew that New Beginnings sent over arrived right when they said they would, when waiting for someone to come to your house, how often does that happen. They worked quick, quiet and efficiently, I was able to catch a nap while they worked, the only down side was, they finished so quickly that I didn’t wasn’t satisfied by the nap lol. The finished product was better than I could’ve hoped for. I had painted recently, and nothing they did compromised the work I had done in any way.The people they have working for them, are really solid, they cleaned up better than I would have, made sure that any and every question or concern was met, I really can’t speak highly enough for this company. Giving them an A+ doesn’t do them justice. I have some windows that need replacing, that’s a project for next spring, and no question I will be bringing them back to do the work.

Just had New Beginnings Windows and Doors put new windows in my house. They look beautiful. The windows were not supposed to come till end of October but the came in early. I was on the schedule within a few days after. Chris, the sales representative, was knowledgeable about the windows and answered questions. Chantel, the administrative assistant, was friendly and patient every time I called. Even came over after the install to see how everything went. Nick, the head installer, is a professional. He checked the windows to make sure they were done to his satisfaction and mine. Nick and his crew did an awesome job.15 windows in 2 days! A nice group of people.

Amazing from beginning to finish. I was more than happy with the entire process of getting a new front door and basement windows for our house. We wanted to get a new front door with side lights and we didn’t have side lights. We needed a company that could make this happen and NB helped us do just that. The interaction of having Chris come to the house and discuss everything was wonderful as he’s understanding with a great sense of attention to detail which is a quality I absolutely love when having a major job done at my house. I was kept abreast of every step of the way which made me feel like we weren’t a number. The installation was done by a very competent guy that they use. He was extremely attentive and took his time, but in a good way since he didn’t rush to get the door in there haphazardly. He made sure it was perfectly placed. This was a big job and the cost was reasonable for what he had to do. The windows were also great. Every single person that has noticed we have a new door has made a positive comment on how much they love it including people that come to the house for other work. I wanted a red door so my choice is not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s gorgeous and everything I’ve pictured for this house. Thank you to NBWD for making my vision come to life.

Last fall, we decided to replace the cloudy, 30 year old windows in our living room/dining area. I found out about them at the home show in February. I had been to a lot of window & door places but when I went to new beginnings I told my husband let’s not make a decision right away but they were so honest & really back there products & did everything install which I was really happy about so we ordered that day. The day they came they said 8:00 & they were here. The doors were installed perfectly. My old door had so much air that came through the sides this not anything. We would highly recommend new beginnings.
